The lady spoke with on the telephone…
The lady spoke with on the telephone was very helpful and explained everything very clearly. I had previously used the website which had left me with a number of questions. The phone number provided in an e mail did not work. I used the number from the website which worked but twice I was cut off. But for the phone problems I would have given 5 stars.
