Overall I had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well furnished. The kitchen had all the basics for cooking a quick meal. It would have been nice to have had some instructions on how to maneuver the cable TV settings, but I eventually figured it out. The AC went out and I had to call for emergency service--repairs were done in a timely manner.

We had a great time while living in the apartment. The activities that the front office planned were a lot of fun. Dog park was a great help too. We could bring the dogs out so they could get out their energy. My family and I really enjoyed our stay.

We had a horribly uncomfortable bed to say the least. Alex Mainsail and they were great took care of it within 48 hours!

Overall the experience was great. It did take a bit longer than expected to line up a place to stay and we had to switch rooms, however, I'm also located in an area that doesn't have many options to begin with. Mainsail was very easy to work with and communicated frequently.

I have nothing to complain about: the apartment is clean, everything works and the neighborhood is good. All relevant shopping is in walking distance.
