Tenant/occupants made to complete background checks containing all sensitive personal data. Apartments/lodging is a fully open neighborhood with zero security. Strangers have access to the same premises where tenants went through background screening. Seems counter-productive.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concerns regarding both the screening process and the community layout. Background checks are required as part of our standard leasing process to help provide a safe and reliable experience for all residents and guests staying in our apartments.
That said, we understand your point regarding the open-access nature of the surrounding community. The apartments are integrated within a mixed-use neighborhood rather than being part of a fully gated or private complex, which may feel different from more traditional secured residential buildings. While the property itself follows the security measures established by the building and management, we understand that individual comfort levels with accessibility and privacy can vary.
We appreciate you sharing your experience, as feedback like this helps set accurate expectations for future guests and residents.
Longterm stay.
Having a place that was very nice and clean close to work made it good. But, the extensive process with paper work I had to go through just to lease for a 10 days was a turn off. Much easier to get a hotel room. Go for the points.
Having said that, I did enjoy my stay and would recommend it to others for a longer stay.

Our standard minimum stay is typically 30 days, and because we operate furnished apartment homes rather than traditional hotel accommodations, there is additional paperwork required to help ensure the security of both our guests and communities. Rental for Work
Overall, the stay was very pleasant. The apartment was clean and well equipped with all the necessary items. I enjoyed the amenities the gym was nice, and the outdoor pool being heated was a plus. The property itself is well maintained. The only drawback was the unit in the room that kept turning on and off during the night, which was quite noisy.

Great place to stay
Perfect place to transit to other areas during my relocation. My overall stay is excellent except for a bit of inconvenience in receiving an Amazon delivery. I had to call Amazon to get the lock code for every delivery.

The apartment was in excellent conditions since the day I did the check in. It has all the necessary items for the day to day for kitchen and bathrooms. The service was always great, and the team responded in very short notice to any concern or assistance required.
