A rare example of First class service

A rare example of First class customer service!

Due to a mishap resulting in being able to see the sky through one of the roof vents in my holiday let, Having guests booked in within two days of this, I urgently needed a replacement part. So after a short google session I found Park and Leisure and their next day delivery service. I ordered my replacement on next delivery and within 20 minutes of ordering I received an update email saying my item was packed and ready for shipping.

Unfortunately, FedEx did not deliver my parcel the next day, instead opting to send me a delivery failed notification even though they hadn't even arrived at the property; I know because I have Ring cameras everywhere :) . I immediately emailed Park and Leisure asking for them to help. To my surprise, within 30 minutes of sending my email I got a friendly call explaining that they had already been in touch with FedEx and upgraded my delivery to an priority AM delivery for the next day at their expense. And that they would quite rightly then argue the charge with FedEx.

My item then did arrive the next day and I fitted it to the roof. With hours to spare before my guests arrive.

The quick actions and response rate by Park and Leisure meant I didn't have to cancel a booking worth several hundreds pounds. Thank you.

Great service

Great service. Park and Leisure have been supplying us caravan parts or many years. They are friendly, helpful and have never let us down.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Delivery to Channel Islands no problem and delivered es advised and kept informed as to order processing. Thanks 😊

Returning customer

Returning customer for showers again cannot fault anything, rapid delivery all boxes up and well protected no issues at all.
