Sono due giorni che aspetto per un prelievo di 800€ bloccato senza una minima motivazione e ora non posso ne tradare(perdita di tempo) né prelevare(perdita di soldi), l'account manager non risponde e il supporto è inutile e non risponde nessuno via mail, non mettete i vostri soldi se non volete avere giornate stressanti di attesa inutile senza motivazione, affidatevi a broker che non fanno storie per i prelievi e che se guadagni non sei un nemico ma un cliente contento.

Non mi è possibile accedere al mio account. Al momento del login compare un pop-up che mi invita a contattare l’“account manager”. Ho contattato l’assistenza e, dopo diversi scambi di email, non sono stati in grado né di indicarmi chi fosse questo account manager né di ripristinare l’accesso al mio account.

ATTENZIONE a mettere i vostri soldi in Startrader
Fate attenzione a depositare fondi in Startrader! La gestione dei vostri soldi, per essere più precisi la gestione dei cash-out, è peggio che PESSIMA.
Io e 3 miei amici (dei quali ho gestito i conti su Startrader) abbiamo atteso fino a 40 giorni per vedere accreditati in banca i nostri soldi: dopo aver richiesto il cash-out i soldi NON erano più disponibili sul conto Startrader, nè risultavano accreditati su i rispettivi conti bancari. Per settimane abbiamo temuto il peggio, Startrader NON ci ha fornito alcuna spiegazione (se non un generico "problemi tecnici"); io stesso ho bruciato un conto (65K€!!!) perchè non ho potuto versare una piccola somma (sarebbero bastati 10-12K€) per metterlo in sicurezza dall'eccessivo drow-down causato dai ribassi su oro e argento di Febbraio! tutto perchè per 6 settimane non ho potuto disporre dei miei soldi!!! Pensateci due volte prima di aprire conti su Startrader!!!

La mia esperienza con StarTrader è stata estremamente deludente e, a mio avviso, inaccettabile.
In data ieri ho aperto un’operazione che ha generato profitto reale secondo le condizioni di trading mostrate in piattaforma. Tuttavia, il broker non ha piazzato correttamente l’operazione a mercato, sostenendo successivamente una motivazione pretestuosa per annullare la vincita.
La giustificazione fornita è apparsa fin da subito ridicola e priva di fondamento, soprattutto considerando che l’operazione risultava regolarmente aperta e chiusa in profitto. Alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni dettagliate e documentate, StarTrader ha semplicemente smesso di rispondere, comportamento che lascia intendere l’assenza di argomentazioni solide a supporto della loro tesi.
Questo modo di operare è, secondo la mia esperienza, poco trasparente e scorretto. Quando il trader perde, tutto funziona; quando invece supera una certa soglia di guadagno, improvvisamente compaiono problemi tecnici, interpretazioni arbitrarie o cancellazioni unilaterali dei profitti.
Avvertenza personale:
Sconsiglio vivamente di tradare su questa piattaforma. Dalla mia esperienza, una volta superati guadagni intorno ai 50 euro, il broker trova il modo di non pagare, mettendo in discussione operazioni che fino a quel momento risultavano valide.
In conclusione, StarTrader si è dimostrato inaffidabile, poco trasparente e non orientato alla tutela del cliente. Chi decide di operare qui lo fa a proprio rischio, soprattutto se l’obiettivo è ottenere profitti reali e ritirarli senza problemi.

Piattaforma ottima e affidabile al 100% a dispetto di alcune incomprensibili recensioni
Poichè mi è capitato di leggere recensioni estremamente negative su Startrader legate soprattutto alla difficoltà nei prelievi ho voluto provare a farne uno e dopo poche ore è arrivato il prelievo sulla mia carta. Chi rilascia tali recensioni molto probabilmente è in malafede oppure sbaglia la procedura che poi è semplicissima. La piattaforma la trovo ottima gli spread sono nella norma ed è ricca e completa. Sinceramente non riesco almeno per adesso trovare punti negativi. Tra quelle che ho avuto è al top.
