We decided we wanted a bespoke crate for our new pup, and ordered from Mark at what I thought was short notice given coming up to Christmas. How wrong I was!
He created our perfect crate and we had it delivered within 2 weeks and communicated with me every step of the way.

Oh my goodness, I can’t believe how amazing Mark is. He has been so kind. Not only is all the work I’ve ordered from him impeccable his communication and efficiency is outstanding.

I’ve had made to measure items made and the most recent item I ordered was for my really sick dog. He did everything he could to make the item ( a Bailey chair) to our requirements and hand delivered it to us. This item will make her end of life care much kinder for us and for her.

The tortoise table is very well made with good quality wood and all made by hand in a small workshop, not mass produced.
The turnaround to build my table and to deliver it was exceptional. Absolutely first class customer service and probably the best I've ever received. The communication is exemplary too with contact from start to finish

I contacted Mark at short notice and said I'd need my whelping box asap, Mark contacted me within the hour and had the box made and hand delivered within 48hrs. The weather was awful but mark was still willing to deliever the box which i was so greatful for.The box its self is made to such a high standard and worth every penny I just no this will last us for many litters to come. Mark recently built and delivered a new dog crate for my german shepherd, which we absolutely love. He was very professional throughout the experience answered all my questions and catered for all my little requests. The crate is very sturdy and well built. I couldn't recommend him enough!!

Mark was absolutely brilliant from the day we sent an enquiry. He drew me a design of my trelis and gate and made sure I was happy with the time scale for delivery. He kept me really informed throughout the process and was absolutely brilliant to buy from. The gate and trelis are of a great quality and he sent us instructions of how to join it together and gave us labelled bags of screws to make the process as painless for us as possible. These little touches are why I would 100% recommend mark to anyone and I am glad that we chose to purchase from him. Can’t fault him 👍🏻

I was really struggling to find what I needed, which was a dog crate with a sliding door. Then I found Starskys Hutches and Garden Arches and my prayers were answered!

Mark was amazing, provided a fully personalised service from the start. Excellent communication, so quick and friendly. Even sent a video of the dog hutch before delivery.

The dog hutch itself is exactly the specifications that I wanted. It's excellent quality and was hand delivered by Mark (plus the grandkids!).

Mark asked whether I'd like it built or flat packed and I opted for flat packed so I could paint it more easily. When I came to put it together, it was marked up clearly with foolproof instructions.

Overall really amazing service and incredible value, especially compared to similar items from Etsy or eBay. I would definitely recommend buying from Starskys Hutches and Garden Arches directly.

I ordered a dog crate from Mark and he was amazing from the start!
Once I placed an order he gave me a call to talk through everything and my dogs needs.
Due to recent circumstances I was no longer able to buy the crate. I had messaged late in the evening as I was a bit stressed about the situation and Mark instantly got back to me and refunded me straight away with no dramas.

In the future I will definitely order again as the level of service was amazing. Mark was working with me to hand deliver and build the crate for me as well at a time suitable for us both.

We 100% recommend Mark's services, he did a fantastic job building and delivering two large crates for our pointer and pointer cross today. The crates are fabulous, very well made and looking beautiful in our kitchen. Dogs instantly liked them and were chilling out inside big part of the day. Mark is a lovely person, very communicative, honest and trustworthy. I would highly recommend buying products made by him. Fantastic service from mark and what a brilliant product. We searched and searched for a dog crate for our two Vizsla’s and couldn’t find anything that looked good quality but also was of a reasonable price. Marks crate has massively exceeded our expectations. It’s very well built and shows excellent craftsmanship and the service from mark was fantastic.
