To tell you the truth once again. I had no idea what was the call about, but the lady that had explained to me if it wasn't for her. I wouldn't of got this offer and the policy that fits me absolutely a gem she was, and then my advisor who set me up he was very helpful,explained everything to me and directed me with the right policy that fits me and I can afford I definitely recommend and definitely request for Nathan for setting us up thank you! Quite funny really - scam
Quite funny really - phone call from indian call centre with a mobile phone number. Tells me I have an Aviva life insurance policy, which I don't but go along with it for the laugh anyway as I had nothing better to do. gave fake addresses, names, DOBs etc etc and he said it all matches and thank you for passing security :)
Got through to ST&R and just advised them they work with jokers.
Shame I didn't get through to Dennis though, judging by Trustpilot he seems like a real straight shooter. Doubt he exists but lets not let the truth get in the way of a good story eh!

Very happy with my experience
Jake was very patient and understanding with me. He explained everything in a way that was understandable. The conversations were friendly and relaxed yet still professional. I was contacted by star limited and by the time the man had finished the call he had my £28.80 a month insurance up to £204.80
and when I tried to cancel it he said he couldn’t and I have to go to my bank to cancel it, not happy at all, my name is Sophia Thompson and the man’s name was Danny and I have his phone number

Where to begin-after having very lengthy conversations with several people who claimed my current life insurance policy was ending in 5 years and that I needed a new one to cover me for longer- I agreed to change to Scottish Widows(reputable company)-after the call, which lasted an eternity, I decided to ring my current provider and enquire about my policy-they informed me its a Full Life Cover and that I dont need to change- I was basically lied to, to get me to cancel my existing direct debit and start again- how low will people go !! This morning I had a call from ST&R asking if I was happy with my new policy so told them no and that I had cancelled the direct debit because I had been lied to regarding my existing policy-the phone was put down! I then rang Scottish Widows and informed them what had happened and they were very grateful for the information. The review on July 8th is exactly the same as what happened to me, they are very persistant- I had about 3 different phonecalls over a period of months, making me think they maybe knew what they were talking about- thankfully my gut told me differently- I give them 10/10 for trying, but you picked on the wrong one this time

Having been falsely sold policies from so called reputable companies previously I was sceptical but I can honestly say Jake and his team have restored my faith in insurance companies.
