Everyone has been really friendly, helpful and professional throughout my experience with Starel Stones. I purchased a vanity unit from the team and the warehouse team provided colour matches for tiles and had an extensive knowledge and answers to all of my questions! Over the phone when dealing with Steve was also a really smooth and helpful process. Thank you to all!

We made an order for bathroom floor tiles and despite them being quite quick response prior to ordering, went COMPLETELY silent after i paid the invoice. No confirmation of receipt, no order updates, no delivery or tracking information.
As it stands, the order 2 two weeks late, which is holding up progress on our renovation, but we have no idea whether the order has been accepted or if the product is even on its way.
We have called every available phone number that they show online and none of the calls have been answered. Our numerous emails have gone completely unanswered.
Rubbish.

Such a huge range of truly amazing marble slabs to choose from. Such patient helpful staff. Well worth the 250 mile journey.

Although the messaging said it would be 1-3 days delivery, it took a week for the order to be processed. This majorly slowed our renovation project down, and it was not clear when the order was submitted.

It was great visiting Starel stone and getting to choose the slab and have it lifted so it could be viewed in all its glory. Really helpful staff highly recommended.

My visit to Starel's Slab Showroom was a delight from start to finish. As a design professional, I have visited many stone showrooms around the world, and I could not have been more impressed by the vast selection of beautiful stones on display, and the incomparable prices. Marion was extremely knowledgeable and she patiently guided me to the stone I was most interested in, as well as pointing out some very unique slabs I might not have seen otherwise. Overall, it was a great experience, and I look forward to returning for future projects.

May not be a real business?
I have spent over 9+ hours ) over 7 attempts over 10 days on hold and had 5 emails simply not replied to. We gave in.
We have bought a lot of similar products and this is simply not usual.
One call strangely phone picked up who could answer absolutely no questions but promised a response to my email from a manager. Attempted to confirm several times that I would have response and we have had never had a response now several weeks later.
Something feels very odd here.
I’m tempted to invoice them for our time.

Serious delay and no communication
Delivery is about a month late, with no updates and no response to repeated emails. This level of customer service is unacceptable.

We visited today, I had to get a review done right away Alex and Sophie are amazing as a building company we need build relationships with suppliers and they know how to do it right. We will see you soon guys.

So my original review gave the company one star. My original order had gone AWOL! Last week I placed a subsequent order (because I love their stuff so much) on a 4/7 day delivery. Guess what! Both orders arrived yesterday! (Apparently they'd had a glitch with their systems), my original order had slipped through the net)! I only wish they'd let me know? Thank you Alex for your customer service. I've given a 5 star review because samples always arrive quickly, and my last order came exactly on schedule!!

Wow! I have never seen such a beautiful and extensive array of marbles like they have at the Southampton slab showroom. It was an absolute pleasure and joy to walk around and the coffee was an added bonus too. I have no doubts I will recommend this company to any of my future clients. Thank you Starel for the experience.

Ordered tiles in September and after months of chasing didn’t get our full order. This company has the worst customer service they don’t respond to emails or phones messages. In the end we had to get tiles elsewhere delaying our project by months.
UPDATE TO STAREL RESPONSE.
First, I am not a company just a normal customer. A customer that has received appalling customer service with extremely poor communication. We got a refund on part of our order. Four months after the order. We asked you to collect what you had delivered and refund all our order. You ignored that part. You only refunded the none delivered part after we threaten legal action.

Star El, and Alex in fareham in particular, were very helpful in allowing us to pick the tiles we wanted.

Satisfied by the product

Easy to order the marble samples and lovely pieces.

No problems with delivery and to see what type is right for what I want.

Great experience, highly recommend this company if you're looking for good marbling.
