I ordered glasses but the perscription carried out badly. Lily, customer service, took immediate charge of problem, reordered glasses, and were completed correct. Problems happen but how they are solved matters. Lily, Pedro and another woman (sorry I do not remember her name served me well and both sets of glasses are perfect. Thank you.
