It was ok but I don’t like having a person at my side and the guy on the tv screen I had trouble understanding him my vision is better but doesn’t seem as good as it should be

The technician who checked my eyes was the only one who portrayed interest and care with my wellbeing.
The others were as good as a virtual encounter with AI

Great customer service. Friendly people. Always making sure you are taken care of. Great customer service experience from start to end.

The prescription was not place right on the lens. I couldn’t read up close with them. When this was brought to the attention of Staton supervisory staff, she was being dismissive. Had to argue in order to get a replacement.

The staff are very kind and helpful.

It was great service and nice options for glasses

Marketing says FREE EYE EXAM, with no mention of it being $60+ if I don't make a purchase. Never told me about it either, just walk you straight to the back to quickly do it. False advertising. Then... After the saleswoman realized I wouldn't be spending the $300+ she was pushing me to, she basically ignored me until I picked out frames on my own and was very short compared to when I first walked in. Definitely not coming back because of all that, plus it's all the same frames in different colors from different brands. No variety in frame sizes, just regular small rectangular typical frames, unless you're ready to shell out some big shekels.

I found the selection of glasses in the $79 range lacking. There were few pair in that range no matter the style. Seth was great. He was friendly, attentive, not pushy, and knowledgeable.

Very pleasant staff, extremely helpful in finding a good deal. To top it off the glasses came in early ~

Even though I had to come back the next day to get my contacts, the girls were pretty awesome. I was in and out in 5 minutes.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful from when I walked in the door until I walked out the door with my glasses. Except for the person who actually took my order. She was okay but not up to the standards of everyone else I encountered.

We were able to get in a couple minutes before her appointment, and the staff was really professional and courteous about working with her with the eye exam. We were also able to get her glasses within 15 to 20 minutes of the exam. Price was affordable and all the staff was very nice.

Everyone was friendly. However, the back and forth for a disabled person was a challenge.

Not contacted when glasses were ready, maybe an oversight but

They have a great variety of glasses and people so helpful to those who are indecisive like me J.c is the most friendly worker ive ever met, their customer service skills are supreme. The actual eye tests werent invasive and the lady doing the tests explained all of them as I was doing which I thought was kind

I just had cataract surgery done in my left eye. It needs correction for Eurovision, but they’re giving me correction on my right eye for close-up stuff which I don’t need which is crazy to me.
