Price has almost doubled to the point that it is not worth going to Stanton anymore.
It used to be that I can get an eye exam and two pairs of glasses at a buy one get one. And receive them the same day!!
Now it's still buy one get one, but the price for the exact frames & lenses I have been purchasing for years has basically doubled. So now it doesn't make sense. And it takes over a week to get your order. I could purchase brand name frames with higher quality for the same price point. With the same wait time.
Oh well times are changing I guess...
Too bad
I will say, the staff was/is friendly as always.

I had to wait after being directed to…
I had to wait after being directed to the wrong area of the store. When I pick up my glasses they just handed them to me in a case, then went on to another customer. I was never fitted or checked to see if the glasses worked.

I arrived at 6:20 my apt was at 6:30 I…
I arrived at 6:20 my apt was at 6:30 I didn’t even get seen till after 7 and I wasn’t able to get out of there till after 7:30 and there was still one more lady behind me. The lady that got me In my room to do the eye exam was nice and professional, however the equipment wasn’t even working right. The lady’s that were in the main area were more focused on chatting with eachother and goofing off then they were in feeling the customers

Your advertising fries not reflect what…
Your advertising fries not reflect what the store is like. The eye test is not in person its on a tv which I really didn't mind. It was the Dr or whatever she is was really unfriendly. The $79 ad was not even close to the price you pay. They didn't have any $79 frames and the rest don't have prices on them and no one to ask. It ended up costing $600.00 and taking 2 weeks to get. The employees were not helpful. Overall I would never recommend going to your store.

Alisha was so nice and helpful
Alisha was so nice and helpful! My grandson is so happy with how she treated him and cared about his care.
Dr was so professional and took very good care of my grandsons special needs and his stronger prescription needs. Glasses fit and his vision is great for now and stable. He is excited about seeing clearer, and the blue light protection in his glasses to protect eyes while he is doing work on the computer is amazing!
