Bait and Switch Prices and Experience
I showed up for my appointment but was told there was no actual Dr. on site. I needed glasses so I continued the appointment but that should be something said BEFORE an appointment was made.
The staff was nice(2 stars for service only), the tech walked me to the tests and had me do all of them. After the tests I told the tech I just wanted a prescription and would order my glasses online. She then said that if I didn't want to buy their glasses, my charge for the eye exam would be $115. She still had me go to the sales lady to go over my prescription. The sales lady convinced me to get glasses since it came with my exam anyways. I got the $115 w/ exam pairs instead of the $79 due to them being ugly. I was also told the Dr. wanted to see my during the week "due to this picture" - she showed me a picture of my eye and it would be an addtional $29/39 to see him when I should have seen him at the inital visit.
I asked what was wrong with my eye since it looked just like the other eye. She said she didn't know.
I paid and was surprised my total was $158. My receipt showed the tech added an additional fee for one of the tests that was already included to bring my exam fee to $115 alone. Then I was also charged for the more expensive glasses even though it said the total would be $115, not $158. And they were going to charge me an additional fee to see with Dr.
I looked on their site it says that the exam was $79 even if you don't want to buy their glasses. So the tech lied and raised my price for the exam. The additional fee was never removed so I got screwed.

I only wish the young lady that checked me in had a more pleasant way. She seemed disconnected and distant.
Overall I will say the othe 2 interaction changed my frustrations to leaving 😊 happy

Terrible service
Terrible service. It took about two hours to complete my contact lens exam and place my order. The staff seemed overwhelmed because they were short-staffed that day, and they were arguing and complaining in front of customers, which was unprofessional. Also, having an appointment didn't seem to make a difference—they were seeing walk-in customers as well, so the wait was just as long.
