Staff is WONDERFUL
It was easy to get an appointment, even pretty far out. The shop is clean and well lit, plenty of places to sit and lots of glasses to look at. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and happy to help me make my own choices. Been here for the past decade to get my eyes checked and I'll be back. Wonderful customer service and an inviting atmosphere.

What line do I wait in,
The technicians were friendly and helpful. The signage needs to be improved so a customer can see where to go inside the shop. ,

First few times i was a customer i got a fair deal without me acting like i would walk out due to a 300 percent increase in price. finally got price down to where it was last time. Should not pay employees commission.

Factory lenses disappeared!
I dislike the fact that my original lenses went missing during the process. I was pre advised that Stanton Optical wouldn't be responsible for my eye glass frames in the event that anything happened to them during the process fortunately for me I guess nothing went wrong with my frames 😅 . After receiving original prescription lenses they needed to be adjusted to accommodate my bifocal parameters.

Overprice > quality
Price has almost doubled to the point that it is not worth going to Stanton anymore.
It used to be that I can get an eye exam and two pairs of glasses at a buy one get one. And receive them the same day!!
Now it's still buy one get one, but the price for the exact frames & lenses I have been purchasing for years has basically doubled. So now it doesn't make sense. And it takes over a week to get your order. I could purchase brand name frames with higher quality for the same price point. With the same wait time.
Oh well times are changing I guess...

I will say, the staff was/is friendly as always.

I had to wait after being directed to…
I had to wait after being directed to the wrong area of the store. When I pick up my glasses they just handed them to me in a case, then went on to another customer. I was never fitted or checked to see if the glasses worked.

I arrived at 6:20 my apt was at 6:30 I…
I arrived at 6:20 my apt was at 6:30 I didn’t even get seen till after 7 and I wasn’t able to get out of there till after 7:30 and there was still one more lady behind me. The lady that got me In my room to do the eye exam was nice and professional, however the equipment wasn’t even working right. The lady’s that were in the main area were more focused on chatting with eachother and goofing off then they were in feeling the customers
