I was helped by a young lady yesterday that took very good care of me. She helped me select frames and did not make me feel bad because I was at a price. Thanks to her, I will be coming to stand an optical and referring my friends and family

First day I was there getting my exam…
First day I was there getting my exam and glasses customer service was top notch and the young lady help me a lot with picking my glasses. But when I went to pick them up a young lady did welcomed me and told me “someone will be with you”. When it was my turn to get my glasses the girl that help me must off be having a bad day or something but she was not friendly nor it felt like she wanted to help me she was blunt and she just gave me my glasses and left didn’t even bother to check if they fit well or if they were adjusted ok or not. But I still will give them 5 stars because for the most part it was a good experience even if they have one bad apple not all are like that.

Staff were pleasant but the machines connecting me with the off site dr. was not working and we spent 20 minutes trying to make the connection. Waste of time.

Where are my contacts
The walk in option was great and my initial experience was good. I ordered regular contacts and colored contacts. The regular contacts came in 7 to 10 business days but my colored contacts still haven't arrived and my appointment was back in April.
When I went in I was upset and the workers were unhelpful and not sympathetic to why I was upset. They had no idea where or why my order was not in. I asked " if I never came in would you have checked on my order?" They had no reply. I recruiters a call 2 days later about my order and it will not arrive until 2nd of June.
I have 2 stars because initially it was good and ended bad. Never going back.
