They failed
I received a robotic greeting after being in the store for about 8 minutes of waiting. I had an appointment and was on time. I was prescribed the wrong type of contacts, but didn’t know until the next day due to not being given a fit test. The manager tried to make it right, but still no fit test offered when replacement test contacts given. Then received the wrong prescription when my contacts came in. It was the original prescription, it was the first one that was wrong.

The exam was terrible, had way too much background noise with Spanish speakers planning a party. I had to do the entire exam twice with 2 different people. The waiting time to be helped in the lobby is insanely ridiculous. I received my glasses and still can’t see clearly.

I am very pleased with my services at Stanton Optical. Both representatives were very friendly and helpful. The first representative was in training that was very knowledgeable about the services making me feel comfortable. The second representative made sure she addressed all of my needs when I picked up the glasses. I look forward to using the services again.
