The young lady who helped me helped facilitate with much ease for me to replace my glasses that I lost let me pay over the phone and the glasses are ready when I got there and less than 45 minutes. She was super sweet and had a great attitude and was very customer service oriented. I would strongly recommend her to anyone because of how kind, alert, knowledgeable, and prompt she was.

The Metairie crew was great
The Metairie crew was great! Worked to get me the best price and a good look! When I went to pick up my glasses, the employee said “I don’t know what you’re selling but I’m buying, you look like you know some things” when trying on my new glasses. This comment made me feel good all day!

I had an appointment and left after one hour and a half. They took multiple walk-ins ahead of me. Metairie location really sucks. I think they have a racial issue. Never saw the zoom doctor.

I had a 1:30 appointment
I had a 1:30 appointment. I arrived about 8-10 minutes early. There were quite a number of people there and one person had walked in while I was getting out of my car. I was not seen for almost 40 minutes. I found out that even though I had an appointment and was on time they served walk ins before me.
This made me late to pick up my kids from school. So I had to leave to get them and come back to get my glasses.
By the way, I can already tell im going to have to take them back. My first and my last Stanton visit.
