Same day glasses

The staff was really friendly and made my first time buying glasses of any kind really straight forward. I even got them made the same day. Will definitely go again next time I want to get some.

While the staff at Stanton is friendly, the advertising is misleading. As a long-time customer, I expect higher costs, but I was surprised by hidden fees for adding tint to my second pair of glasses. Since the BOGO deal only applies to frames, customers should be explicitly told before their exam that there are extra charges for nearly everything. Even with $79 frames, customers should know they might be looking at a $400-$500 total, rather than being surprised at the register.

The staff and Tamar were good.
I did not receive a prescription.
I paid 500 dollars. bought and am wearing glasses, received 6 months worth of contact lenses in the mail, but no prescription. Provide my prescription and i will be satisfied. and hurry up.

Give that guy that did the test on me eyes a raise, because he dial my eyes right in perfect he is the best of all the people I have been too for the last 40 years. Keep him happy!!! specially Dr at Fair Oaks store. Love him and my eyes do too! Then lady’s and the guys were friendly, nice , made me feel right at home! Took care of my needs for eyes and the other big one the right size frame, after 40 years dealing with wrong sizes frames. All the others places I have been in could not get my the right size of frames. I have 12 mm size nose and you guys have d them there, Thank you!!!

Horrible! Spent almost $700 on 2 pairs of glasses. Was told it would be 7-10 days. Got one pair at 2 weeks and they had to take frames off the shelf that were not great and others tried on to put my lenses into. Not what I was told would happen. So basically I paid $700 for second hand glasses! I also have not received the second pair and was told it would be the same situation with those frames too! I will never return.

Fast and thorough

I have been with Stanton for years. I've never had any major problems. This year I decided I wanted sunglasses with my prescription. I had 2 trips planned that prescription sunglasses would have been great. When I picked out the sunglasses I liked, they were very expensive. I did not complain about the price, I was excited to have them for my trip. They said they put a rush on them for me. Both trips have come and gone and I still don't have my sunglasses. It's very disappointing. I paid on 3-24-26. The expected date was 4-7-26. Today is 4-20-26. Still no info on when I will get them?

I was given the wrong prescription. I Purchased two pair of glasses totalling $441. I could not see out of either one. I did take them back for a refund and the manager. Kevin was very accommodating. I appreciated that thank you.

I been going to them for 4 years they been let's me know when I need to get eyes check every 2 years .no problem from them in those years.

Was amazing service and customer service and they have a big verity of glasses and they work with u on price .

Employees did a lot of self chatter to themselves about clients behind their back

I will be taking back my new glasses that I can't wear because the nose guards are loose. $700 wasted

I felt misled by the promise of same day glasses. I was not advised this was for single vision lessons until I was done with my exam. My exam was also conducted by a tech and reviewed offsite by a Dr which I did not like. When I received my glasses, they were not right. I had to bring them back as I could not see properly at mid distance and had to move my head around to see up close. I had to return them to the store and wait another 7-10 days. I asked them to mail them to me as the store is 45 minutes from me and I didn't want to keep driving there. If the glasses are not correct this time, I will need to see the Dr, who is onsite one day a week. I regret my decision to go here, especially since I didn't get what I originally went there for.

We were camping and my daughter lost her glasses in the river. We drove 50 minutes to Stanton Optical. 15 minutes we had glasses picked out and 25 minutes later they were ready! They saved the day!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. I was so happy to get my glasses the same day as my exam, even with a prescription!
