A fuir!! Je ne recommande pas cette marque! J’ai commandé un manteau pendant le black Friday et je ne l’ai toujours pas reçu après plus d’un mois (alors que j’ai payé l’option DHL express). Le service client est déplorable. Ils ne veulent pas me rembourser tant que le colis n’est pas re expédié dans leur entrepôt.

Absolutely NOT worth the price tag
I bought their faux leather Wanda II clutch back in July although admittedly not from them directly but from another retailer. I have wanted a Wanda clutch for a long time so after purchasing I waited for a special occasion to wear it. Such an opportunity presented itself today. Within less than 15 minutes I noticed that the shoulder strap started peeling around the seams. Several hours later the strap looks like I have been using the bag for years. I was wearing a soft teddy coat so this cannot be blamed on mechanical damage. This is unexpected and unacceptable from an item that costs hundreds of euros. Fortunately I bought it discounted but it is not even worth the discounted price. I have bags from Primark that I bought for peanuts a couple of decades ago that are in better shape than this supposedly designer item. I was also planning to purchase a coat and a dress from their current collection but obviously that will not be happening now that I have had the chance to experience the quality of their items first hand. Incredibly disappointing.

Jeg købte i 2021 en Wanda Clutch bag, som efter under et år fik ødelagt hanken.
Jeg har henvendt mig til Stand i september 2022, og fået et autosvar med forventet dato på tilbagemelding. Dog har jeg til den dag i juni 2023, stadig intet hørt.
