These faber castell markers are great for kids and definitely last longer even when the lids are accidentally left off.

Excellent customer service
Ordered online for gift wrap and post to my neices from abroad. My request for gift label was included and I got confirmation of everything by email. Definitely recommend and will use again.

I ordered the book and after 2 weeks I…
I ordered the book and after 2 weeks I had to contact the company to see where it was. An e-mail would have been sufficient. I know it wasn't their fault as the book had to go to reprint and when we received they sent a pack of jellies but it was really about communication.

My business is based in a very busy school, the delivery arrived right in the middle of drop off times for my preschool, a montessori and main school drop off also which ment there were hundreds of school children, preschoolers & parents. There was no chance to chat to the delivery man, to sign anything, all he could do was drop & go, there was no space to put the items cause I wasn't aware he was coming at that time, if I had known, I'd have phoned to suggest that even 30mins later would have been more suitable.

Very helpful and quick delivery
Placed an order with Stakelums and I selected wrong delivery option and contacted Stakelums and absolutely no problems to change it for me. Also some items weren't in stock and they made sure I was refunded immediately and helped me pick alternative items. Very impressed with service and help I received and very quick delivery. Will order again. Also lovely little treat in the package was well received by the kids 😀
