Brilliant service
I ordered an EFCO brushcutter and when it arrived there was some damage to a cover. I contacted them and they rang me within a day and were very helpful. Received the part the following week. Anyone can sell new equipment but its this type of service that shows a good business. Keep up the good work!!!

Great Service
To be straight up with ye the lady on the phone who answered my call when i wanted to collect a purchase even though i ordered it online was superb. She arranged a place for my partner to collect it as she would be arriving after 6. However when my partner arrived early this lady met her with the purchase and unfortunately i cannot remember her name but she is an asset to the company. Thanks again .AB
