First rate service.
I have been a customer for 12 years and have always found the office staff very helpful when ordering oil.
The delivery drivers have also been friendly, efficient and a pleasure to deal with.
I have had no problems at all with Staffordshire Fuels.

Staffordshire fuels no thankyou.
Stay away from this company they are an absolute joke, I ordered oil and got told it will take a week to deliver and still nearly 2 weeks on and still no delivery!!! Got told by e-mail that they couldn’t find my house today but instead of calling me to ask where I live they decided to e-mail me much later! So still no oil and with 2 small children, the people working there also dont care and are not interested to help as they have no complaints department. Cheeper isn’t always better my advice use another company who cares!

We do have a complaints procedure in place, and we take all feedback seriously. If our driver couldn’t find your address, we would usually call to clarify—but if that didn’t happen, it’s likely because we don’t have a contact number on file. If you provide this, we can add it to your account to help prevent issues in the future.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear your delivery was delayed. Recent weather conditions have unfortunately caused some disruptions to our schedule but fortunately we were able to adjust our routing so minimise the delay to the one day.

What can I say
What can I say? I ordered oil online, you delivered it. No fuss. Anything less would have been very poor, but I am not sure what else you could have done to make it better.

Everything went smoothly from ordering of the fuel to delivery.
Competitive pricing and the offer of a discount was also very attractive to us in ordering from yourselves.

Patience to listen to my odd enquiries…
Patience to listen to my odd enquiries ( never had deal with things on my own before ) how to order on the website, did I do it correctly ? How to pay given on line banking is the thing etc etc. I was talked through each step of the way. Delivery man lovely and kind. I might yet survive in this new normal.

Oil was not delivered on the day…
Oil was not delivered on the day promised. I had to email asking where it was. The reply I received was very terse and no apology was offered. Shall not be using them again.

All good apart from the crafty way that…
All good apart from the crafty way that the delivery guy put too much oil in and of course even though it was his 'mistake' we had to pay for the extra oil. We had already paid 400 so not pleased.

Placed order online got a text and email to confirm delivery waited in all day phoned late afternoon to see if we would get delivery and informed no it would be delivered on another day! If I hadn’t called I wouldn’t have known it was not coming!
