I love Stackers items, I have the scoop jewellery stand and the travel roll and both items are beautiful.
Always really well packaged and the items themselves are great quality. I've had my stand for years and still looks brand new, the travel roll is the new purchase and I can't wait to start using it, it will be so much better than the little square travel boxes I was using before where chains always got tangled.
On the lookout now for my next purchase

I love the wallet but was disappointed that the strap snapped when I arrived at my destination, so didn’t even get to use it for 1 day. Other than that, the wallet is perfect for a family

I am a big stackers fan. Make up bags, caddies, jewellery boxes but I just received the white wedding case and it’s beautiful. Will put all my treasures in there once married.

Quality has gone down hill. I bought a stacker’s jewellery box some years ago and it’s still in perfect condition. I bought a personalised one for a special birthday gift for someone and the quality was poor. There were marks inside the lid also. I would have complained and asked for that part to be replaced but it would not have arrived in time for the birthday. There is obviously no quality control. I wouldn’t purchase again.

I actually love this product and it deserves 5 stars but I did find the website difficult to navigate and had to send an email message (which was answered promptly) to be able to find just the extra layers I was looking for.
I have had my jewellery stacker boxes for years and they still look like new. Perfect compartment sizes to fit and keep tidy all my jewellery.

I had a really positive experience with Stackers customer service. The response was quick, friendly and genuinely helpful from the start.

Maddie in particular was great to deal with. She was approachable, patient and made the whole process feel easy. I never felt like I was being pushed around or ignored, which unfortunately can happen with some brands.

It’s clear that they care about their customers and are willing to listen and find a solution. That kind of support makes a big difference and definitely leaves a strong impression.

Overall, a very smooth and reassuring experience.

I have just purchased the stackers backpack in the lovely taupe colour. I was not disappointed. The quality is amazing and the colour is a perfect neutral without being too light to showing up marks in the future. The bag was a little bit more than I would have usually paid but I bought it in the spring 20% off deal. I think the price does reflect the quality of the item and the little extra touches eg removable purse.

The bag is advertised as fitting a 13 inch laptop, I emailed before purchasing to ask about sizes and received a very prompt response. It fits my 14 inch laptop so always worth checking if that is what is stopping you buying this bag.

I have already received compliments on the look of the bag after only using a couple of times.

I received a jewellery box as a gift from my husband and have fallen in love with this brand. I have ordered some extra jewellery box accessories to help organise internally. As well as the makeup organiser to sit on my dressing table. I love the range because it is solving simple organising issues. We have a belt holder which is something I didnt know existed!
Recently ordered the cabin bag and I am so excited to use it. It looks beautiful but it is the perfect way to pack your essentials!

The perfect commuter bag. I love all the compartments and slots. The bag was packaged very securely and arrived in perfect condition.

The bag is absolutely gorgeous but is already heavy to begin with. Once loading your laptop, personal belongings and lunch, it is extremely heavy making it very uncomfortable on my shoulder. This is all my fault as I should have realised this when opening but unfortunately I now have a quite expensive bag that I can’t use

I love my stackers jewellery box and I like all the little extras you can buy, however I feel that the earring stands are really only suitable for studs. I have lots of huggie style earrings which do not fit onto the stands.

I have ordered 2 stacking jewellery boxes plus a further 4 layers, so now have 2 beautiful, high quality, luxurious jewellery boxes. They arrived on time, well packaged, and in perfect condition. I have room for all my jewellery now but won't hesitate to order further layers in future when needed. A top quality product and reliable company to deal with! Thank you to all the team involved.

Poor returns experience, mixed quality.

I’ve loved the jewellery storage I’ve purchased before but not recommended for bags. Their classics backpack slowly fell apart after a year of twice weekly use, with zips breaking and the front fastening falling off. My most recent order was the hanging washbag and passport holder. I chose to return them as the quality of both wasn’t as expected, the material was dull, there were loose threads and it didn’t feel good value for more.

Be wary when ordering online as returns cost £4 and are very slow. I still have not received any communication from Stackers even though the delivery company has confirmed they received my return four working days ago. I appreciate offering free returns is costly for brands but if paying for returns they should be easy and quickly processed.
