Great Product - Great Supplier
Steve of Bike-Quip Sales was quick with answers to questions and shipped the item quickly. I was also able to reach out to Steve personally at one point during the purchase process. It was reassuring to be able to speak with a real person.
International shipping was no problem at all.
Instructions were available from the website and supplementary instructions came with the item.

Les trous de fixation de la bulle ne sont pas aux bons endroits et ne coïncident pas avec les supports sur la moto. En forçant j’ai fini par l’installer, plus ou moins bien, mais la moto est impossible à conduire, elle guidonne dès 80 km/ h. Je l’ai démontée et j’ai remis l’ancienne.

As this is the first I have from you I must ask why you did not contact me regarding this, I could have arranged for it to be returned and resolved the issue with the holes not lining up. I have had this occur once or twice recently and it may have been a mistake in the prep of the screen by my supplier but unless you let me know, there is not much I can do about it. Feel free to contact me via email to progress this to a return/replacement or refund. Your satisfaction, and that of all my customers is my first priority. Over to you!

Latest purchase from Steve has been a wider,taller clip screen for my Pan.
As ever, his site is simple and easy to use.

The screen itself is of a very good quality, thicker than the original item. Simple and easy to fit.

Extra wide screen.
I ordered a screen via the website late Tuesday, it was dispatched Wednesday. I received it Thursday to a UK address undamaged and crystal clear

Fast shipping to Brunei Darussalam.
Initially my place Brunei Darussalam was not on the shipping list. They quickly amended that within 24 hrs of my email being received. After ordering my ST1300 accessories and paid via PayPal few days later they were shipped. After 5 days the items arrived at my local post-office with a notification for collection. I had the pleasure to visit in the early 80's and then work there in the oil and gas industry back in 2010-15 - a really beautiful country!
The Headlamp protectors, scuff strips and rear shock protector will give you many years of service and offer you great protection too! Anything else you might need, you know where to look first!

Hi Alan, many thanks for your kind 5 star review and for leaving it in public. I usually have no issues with USPS but we know what happened here so just glad it was sorted eventually. The screen mech kit and new slider blocks will last you forever probably so no need to worry. If you do manage to deform the cables then rest assured they are reversible as only the upper half is used.
