This was an excellent company to deal with. The runners I ordered were delivered on time. I had one issue with one of the runners I ordered and it was resolved within 20 minutes of me contacting them. Excellent customer service. I will be using this company again in the future and would not hesitate in highly recommending them to anyone.

As a returning customer - I can always rely on the team to deliver items promptly. Their ranges are great and excellent value for money - best of all, they are able to accommodate adjustments to sizes which is very helpful when you have odd shaped room layouts.

Rugs were absolutely nothing like the photo. Seller was argumentative and dismissive even when shown photo evidence. I had to contact my bank to get a refund since seller refused to arrange the return of the miss-described goods. Avoid.
