We recently contacted the team for a quote for new windows in our house, and from start to finish they were absolutely brilliant. The sales team were really helpful, followed by a very knowledgeable gentleman who knew every in and out of window safety (who knew there were so many decisions to make when choosing windows!).

The fitters were friendly, punctual, and completed the job in just a day and a half — fitting 8 windows — which was impressive. They left everything clean and tidy once finished. We’re really pleased with the whole experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

My mum recently had new windows fitted by this company & they are great. The quality of the workmanship is fantastic, they look amazing and are much more insulated than her previous windows. Apart from the actual job, we couldn’t rate them highly enough for their service. The team were friendly, helpful, informative, punctual and provided good value too. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I paid SRN Home Improvements a deposit of £699 on the 28th October 2025 for new windows in my flat. I decided to cancel my order within the 14 day period and notified the company by email and by sending the paperwork back. Today, the 19th December, I just received my bank statement and discovered that the company had still not refunded my deposit. I have two big bills to pay and I needed the £699 to pay these. I sent an email to the company complaining about their failure to return my deposit but all I got was an automatic response informing me that they were closed for Christmas and New Year. This year has been the worst of my life and now I am having to deal with the stress and worry of having bills to pay that I cannot and the even bigger worry of whether I am ever going to get my £699 deposit returned. It is not right to treat people like this. I have had three quotes for new windows that were less than what SRN quoted so my advice is beware of this company.

I needed two windows and a front door so went on to search engine and found SRN firm that offered discount prices , I had never heard of the firm but saw the fantastic reviews so I thought I’ll give it a go ,
Aleksa came and had a look at what I needed and she was so lovely and professional, she was not at all pushy like other salespeople I’ve dealt with , she explained everything in detail and I agreed to buy and had the job done by them , then the next day a surveyor came and measured up and discussed what would happen, the order did take a couple of months because of colour and design I had picked but SRN kept me up to date what was happening so the day arrived when I had job done by Jamie , I was a bit concerned as he was by himself but I didn’t need to worry as he powered through the 2 windows and door even tho the weather was pouring down, he did a fantastic job and kept asking me if I wasn’t happy with anything to let him know, I can’t find fault with anything and he cleared up any mess he made. I am so pleased I went with this company and would have no hesitation in recommending them, even when I phoned the company to pay the balance the lady on the phone was so polite and emailed me all the paperwork straight away including all the information on how to look after the windows and door along with the guarantee.

I had two very large windows in my lounge and kitchen and two bedroom windows replaced by SRN Home Improvements. I was very pleased with the quality of the workmanship. The two workmen completed all four in one day. They had travelled a long way from where they live and they managed to complete the work by 5.30pm. Their return journey meant it had been a long day for them but they were very pleasant and made sure that every window replacement was done properly. Each room was cleaned thoroughly. In addition, I was eventually given an excellent price by the sales representative prior to my agreeing to the contract.

SRN HOME IMPROVEMENTS just can’t praise this company enough from start to finish the whole experience was outstanding from the knowledge of the sales guy then the quality of the advice from the surveyor then the professionalism of the fitters absolute seamless clean and tidy would 100 percent recommend this company they transformed the exterior and interior of our home thank you

Excellent service and high standard of work from the two fitters. When a problem with existing asbestos around some of the windows SRN sourced a specialist to deal with the problem.

The boys were punctual, hard working & did a fantastic job of 8’windows & 3 doors. There was a tiny problem that was rectified to our satisfaction. We’re so happy with their work & the windows are great. Went over & above by making sure the blinds fitted & there was no new blinds needed. Highly recommend this company. You won’t be disappointed.

Got 2new windows & back door fitted on 5 th Nov. Great customer service from start to finish excellent quality would highly recomend them . Jamie arrived in the morning as expected and worked on till job was finished.never stopped what a worker. Very nice young man did an. Excellent job cleaned up after ever room no mess left whatsoever take my hat off to this young man doing it on his own so thanks. Jamie .would definetly use this company again

Really nice staff, really good customer service.
Terrible installation and by that I mean - they did clean up and do a beautiful job, but the windows leak…even after a visit to fix them, they are still leaking to the point where we have to go to someone else. The reason I came to SRN was to get windows to replace my old ones which were drafty - well not much has changed.

I don’t want to speak ill of people but I don’t think people know what they are doing. Things did not get installed correctly, and even had to explain to one of the staff how to plaster the wall that had broken off (and he was the person there to fix the plaster ).

Maybe this is a one off situation but in short I am not going to them again and I regret my choice because as it stands I did not get what I paid for - windows that don’t leak…

Predatory sales tactics, extremely unethical.
We have just moved into our first home. Salesman was polite, and we allowed him into our home on the basis of a 'chat' that would last no more than an hour. THREE HOURS LATER and this man is still in our home, increasingly less friendly the more I said I wanted time to do research and think, considering this was the first quote we'd had.

We were told the show home price would not be the same, and that if we put a deposit down, we could cancel within two weeks and get our money back. I paid that deposit to get this man out of our house in all honesty as it seemed he would never leave. This was over a MONTH ago now and we are still down around 400 pounds.

Manager Ross on the phone to me, telling me 'we don't need your work, so we wont beg you to stay' while then proceeding to knock 3000 pounds off in the same sentence. It was all just so uneasy.

I did not plan to leave a review, and allowed the 30 day grace period for us to receive our money back, but this has been brought on by the betrayal of your word.

Any company worth their salt will not pressure you like this. They have done our neighbours homes and can clearly do good work, so this type of sales tactic is just so unnecessary.

SRN if we do not receive this money back we will pursue legal action. You are now in breach of UK consumer laws, and your own contract. I look forward to hearing from you.

Very polite and professional salesman, but unethical and predatory marketing techniques to coerce people into buying on the spot, without a chance to do any research or think it through. We agreed to a quote after a salesman turned up at the door, and offered a free quote, valid for 12 months. They then scheduled an appointment for another salesman to come and show us the windows and measure up for a quote. There was no mention of a 12 month quote validity, just constantly trying to push their "Show home" scheme, which gives a discount, but is "very time limited". The salesman was intent on pushing me to agree to a £9k purchase, on the spot, with no research, and no chance to discuss with my partner. He constantly tried to counter any reason I would have to not sign a contract there and then, even suggesting that I should sign the contract on the spot, and then use the 14 day cooling off period to cancel it if I needed to. Considering the windows are custom made to fit, and installation would have been 3 weeks from order, they would presumably have started manufacture within those 14 days, which for made-to-fit products, would typically cause difficulty in cancelling an order. All of this was while explaining that he can't coerce me into buying, or make any recommendations as that would be unethical....! I cannot comment on the quality of the windows, or the workmanship of their contractors, and as stated the salesman remained pleasant, polite and professional. The manipulative, coercive and predatory marketing tactics employed by the business are however despicable. Upon further research, while the 30% maximum discount is appealing, it appears the windows are probably overpriced by 30% to start with.
