1st these are my 1st cellular cameras. I'm a insider member I own several different spypoint devices. 3 cell link boxes. A micro link lte solar & micro link non solar. Also now 2 LM cellular units. The micro link solar lte was within warranty thank God. I had problems obviously before the year was up on warranty. I wanted something compatible 4 the security boxes & batteries. So I bought the LM2 version. As replacements though it was warrantied. After the LM2 arrived I set out into the 600mile journey 2 retrieve the DEFECTIVE device. Once in hand it was obvious what was wrong. It was not water proof. Not by a long ways. That's with security box & a solar panel. Contacted support after a couple different techs. Uploading pictures of the water logged device established it's warranty I was told that as a curtousy they would replace my camera. Not refund only replace as a courtesy like seriously. Ok also told they no longer make thst type of camera. Micro link is no longer made. LM2 is no solar version. So as a courtesy they did send a flex solar so I now have the defective micro link solar when it works if it's not raining. The non solar micro link. No problems yet with it. Less than a year on it also. Cell link×3 LM2×2 flex solar. The year package transmission plans on all the cameras except the link. & the defective micro. It still works it's just unreliable. Like most of u it's a long ways 2 get camera in hand. The insider membership gets u no better support or access than not. But it does get u more pictures free on all cameras. Not on plans 2 cover all cameras sold separately per camera. The unlimited plan is the only way 2 get the camera 2 act like it should. Even then a lot of nothing BS pictures. Hundreds of pictures of the same nothing.

Sept 2 2025 previous edit was a year ago. Update spypoint is a crook. They umbrella under vosker a partner or same company IDK but warranty only means replaced with more crap. No money back period. Even if its product failure or battery explosion. Serious misrepresentation of the product & the service. Buy at ur own risk.

Awful. I have called three times to tell them to stop charging my card and I was promised my plan wouldn’t be renewed….I had to dispute this unauthorized charge with my bank and get a new card since they make it impossible to delete your payment method OR close your profile/account. Customer Service gives you the run around and makes it a point to be as useless as a virtual assistant.

Très déçu il fallait faire une mise à jour j ai.atendu 8 jour pour un retour et j ai du téléphone bref très déçu je POSEDE 4 camera c triste ce que les forfaits qui prime pour eux

Très mauvais service après vente, camera renvoyer 3 fois la première fois on me l’à échanger contre un autre model de plus faible valeur et les autres fois rien à changé. Bien sur l’envoi toujours à mes frais pour qu’au final ne fonctionne toujours pas. Très déçu je vais d’ailleurs changer de marque celle ci je ne l'a recommande pas.

I buy many products from Spypoint (cameras, batteries). more recently I saw one of my LIT-10 batteries exploded for no reason while in storage at 77 degrees F. The company says is out of warranty (which apparently is only 1 year). These are cheap batteries.

I have purchased 7 Spypoint cameras total over the last 7 years. Only 2 of them are still working. One of the 2 is under warranty and gets full of water and stops working until I can drain it and dry it out. When I called to inquire about this issue, the technician told me that their cameras are water resistant not waterproof and they would not be able to do anything for me. I have started purchasing new cameras to replace all of these cheap Spypoint cameras. Save your time, money, and frustration and avoid buying any cameras from Spypoint.

Two years in a row, I order one month service. Spypoint ignores their own order sheet and puts on monthly charge. Then make it impossible to cancel, and never refund unordered charges. Will not use them again. Get a quality company

I purchased a Flex S in January 2025 and it has never worked for more than 24 hours. At the agent's request I purchased additional SD cards and batteries and updated the firmware to no avail. I have spent hours on hold to agents who advise me I'm in a queue for escalation yet I'm still awaiting a refund with a non functioning camera. They don't respond to emails and the agents cut you off the live chat. Appalling service.

I have now owned 6 spypoint cams, (3 different editions). Every SPYPOINT camera made is complete trash. They all will stop working/sending photos which completely defeats the purpose. I’m only posting this to maybe save some other poor sucker like me. I’m an avid deer hunter who appreciates quality products. I highly suggest anyone wishing to use cell cams for wildlife use ANOTHER PRODUCT.

J ai acheté une caméra spypoint flex chez terre et eau à saint Maximin une catastrophe que des problèmes et en plus service après vente archi nul je pense qu il y a d autre marque plus fiable

I received a spy-point twin pack of cameras for a Christmas gift from my wife. Hunting season comes around the following year and I take them out to use and one smells like its burning and hot to the touch, so I remove the batteries. I reach out to spy-point and advised them what has happened, but they won't do anything without proof of purchase. How do you expect to have proof of purchase a year later. Camera is still in original package with all plastics on it. This product sounds like it could be a fire hazard and if I was the company id want it just to study what went wrong before one catch's something on fire causing damage or possible fatalities.

I was able to use spy point for about a year when my camera LINK WMV LTE quit working. Downloaded the Firmware like the website suggested and camera would still not connect. Called the service desk which also tried to connect to the camera, and they were unable to connect. All they could tell me the camera is bad, and the warranty is expired. And tried to sell me the newest version of Spy point Cameras. I switch to the fusion pro cameras which is a lot cheaper, and you get 600 photos for $5 or 1200 for $8. I have decided I will not be using spy point anymore I don't want to take another risk of a camera only lasting 1 year and them telling me there is nothing they can do.

Trash don't weist your money on these

I have had two cameras and the plans were on an annual basis but I received 4 invoices they say were for additional overage on my annual unlimited plan. These were sent out same day on a duplicate basis. I got double tapped twice. They say they were in order. I don't trust them so I cancelled my account

I have 6 spypoint link micros. Three of them have quit this year and just outside of warranty period. Customer service is a JOKE!! Nothing but run around. One of the cameras hasnt worked right since i took it outa the box brand new. Im sick of wasting money on plans batteries and sd cards. Spypoint….im done with you.

Horrible customer service! Don’t use them.

I have had the same issues with the same camera since it was new. The problem has never been resolved. If you take it off the tree every 2 or three days and reboot it it works. Why buy a cell phone camera if you gotta go in the woods? It’s junk but they do not really care

The cameras last about two years and if it fails before the two-year warranty, customer service will have you adjust the camera until it completely fails and then they will not reimburse you for the camera or give me another camera. They hope that you give up, This way you have to pay your plan for the rest of the year without a camera. They won’t let you cancel once you have a plan you’re paying for that plan until the end of Yearly
Contract it is very frustrating. They have no loyalty and firmware updates all the time and the whole purpose is not to go into the woods to check your cameras instead you’re constantly trying to get your cameras to update the firmware. I was with them for eight years frustrating and I finally said I quit, and they would not reimburse me for the remaining of the contract SPYPOINT will not help and they no loyalty. I recommend try another service.
