Non existent customer service.
Their site specifically says they have 24/7 lifetime support! And they understand that many people won’t know how to use the equipment so they are there for you! 🤣 What a joke. I enquired several times seeking assistance and the replies were vague and unhelpful. Basically, there are instructions included. There are absolutely no instructions on proper use, simply what each function does. He did tell me that not all trackers emit continuously and may only be every 10 minutes or so, a very important detail, one they do not have anywhere on their site or in the instructions. I then asked if there were any training videos and he said online and basically we can’t train you and then said it’s a professional piece of equipment and he recommends I hire a private investigator. You can’t even stay true to your site advertising saying you are there anytime needed to explain use because you understand most people won’t be familiar?!
