The absolutely worst customer service…
The absolutely worst customer service ever! I was told which replacement lid I needed, waited 4 months for it to get restocked. I received email saying it was back in stock. After I received it, it didn’t fit. I was then told my model was discontinued. I was given instructions to return for a refund. After noticing I would be responsible for shipping charges for what they told me would work, I asked for a prepaid label. After a few days of waiting for my concern to be “escalated “, I heard nothing. I went back and forth with Karl Soriano via email with proof of phone conversations. He still refused to send label. I paid for shipping and sent back as instructed. To this day, I have not received any communication or refund from them. I reported to the BBB. They informed me of their F rating. The only way to receive my refund was to dispute charge with my bank. I have NEVER received such AWFUL service!
