Defib Pads

The response from the representative was precise regarding a faulty item that was delivered. I was told to return the item after which the following correspondence ensued.
The communication involved the following
1. The time the return was received
2. The process initiated by the company's quality control.
3. The date of posting of the replacement item. The service was fantastic.

Very pleasant and efficient…
Very pleasant and efficient transaction. Phone quickly answered by customer services directly, no trnsferring to the rght person needed.
I phoned mid morning asking for a quote, Kully provided the quote quickly and Sithra then processed the order.
All the items I needed were in stock and the order has been despatched on the same day.
I have used SP Services in the past and will continue to do so.
