I have not received my item
I have not received my item, so unfortunately my experience is not good. I don’t think it’s your fault, It’s the courier Evri they have said twice there is a delay with delivery, but this has happened to me before with Evri and what they really mean is the item has gone missing so I will not get it. I have sent your company an email no response as yet. Will update my experience once I have this issue resolved. order number is SPREE10567 thanks. Update on my experience, I was emailed by the company who had refunded my delivery and sent out another item, my original did turn up as well. I contacted the company to tell them this information and they have told me to keep it as goodwill. I thought this was a loverly gesture and a very good customer service. So I have updated review to 5 stars.

Give Credit Where It's Due
As yet, I have not used my Bullseye Pro Cordless Trye Inflater and will give feedback once used. Spree TV's on-line ordering process was fairly straightforward. However, I did have to contact them regarding a courier delivery query, which was dealt with capably by their Customer Service operative and thought this deserved a mention.

Disappointing you go to all the trouble of ordering then few days later email sent which says order cancelled insufficient stock and money to be refunded. Would have thought they should know if sufficient stock or not and also refunded money at same time. Will not be using spree TV again.

Good morning Karen. Please accept our apologies for not being able to fulfil your order at this time. The "insufficient stock" message is automated from Shopify when an order is cancelled. You should have received a separate email from us explaining that unfortunately the stock received from our supplier was damaged. In that email you will see that we have offered you a 25% discount on any other product on our site. If you have not received this email, please contact our customer service team at customercare@spreetv. Thank you for your understanding.
