I ordered two items

I ordered two items - you need one to use the other. One was sent and charged. The other is on back order (for how long - no one knows). Since one can not be used without the other, the first one should not have been sent and charged until the second one is available. In the catalogue they were shown together as a team.

Please note that I was happy with the product but unhappy because I had to pay for shipping. When I first went on your site it popped up to put in my email address for free shipping. Then I went to order your product and it charged me for shipping and I did not see your email with code till after I placed order.
