Delivery to wrong house. Poor assembly instructions

The delivery was to the wrong house. It was a heavy item, and I had to carry it up a hill. House numbers are clearly marked; the driver was just lazy. The wagon is not easy to assemble. The instructions were in the wrong order, and I had to take it apart, I am still working on it and unable to use it.

Step stool with railing

The time from ordering to receiving was exceptional. The step stool with railing is a great idea but it seems a little wobbly. I had my husband tighten the screws, but it still is wobbly/shaky. I just hope it is ok for my 90 year old mother.

Great products at great prices!

Have made several purchases over the past 2 years at Sporty's. Even picked a few Christmas presents this year from their winter catalog. Great tools and other useful items for around the house and in the garden. Can't wait for the warm weather so I can order more outdoor items.
