Stitch outs are great. The only problem I ever have is getting the smallest size that’s advertised in the description. However, I usually receive it in a day or two.

Not an Instant Download
Unfortunately my purchase was not an “instant download”. I had to wait for about 8 hours. It arrived at 3:15AM. At this point I had spent the time creating the vector art myself. Big bummer.

Great customer service!
This was a very easy order to make, and their customer service is second to none! The information was very helpful, and there was one additional size option that a purchaser could get upon request. When I requested that size option on Saturday evening, and it was in my email on Sunday morning...thanks Nick for taking care of it so quickly!!!!

The emails that you sent to me after your purchase went to my spam folder, and I was unable to reply to them - for which I apologize. I simply had no idea that you hadn't received the files for your purchase.

I use sportlogos for a lot of artwork as well as custom artwork and everything stitches out so beautifully. This is my go to logos!!

UPDATE: Received my logo and an email from the company. Updating review to 4 stars. Should receive the logo on the first try and not the day after (especially if advertised as immediate download).
Scam. Never got my logo from them.

Very Good Designs
They have great designs that stitch out exceptionally well. They are not 24/365 so depending on when you place your order, just allow 12-15hr to receive your files due to difference in time zones. They DO make good on orders and are great to work with!

It came out in like 100 pieces to much…
It came out in like 100 pieces to much work and no instructions just the picture to try and piece it together, I gave up. Too many layers to put together and pressing them was not good for the many layers. The vinyl was far too thick and melting.
