The embroidery design was missing in…
The embroidery design was missing in the receipt I received from my order.. This is the second time in two days in which I placed orders and paid for embroidery designs from your company. Both times the design was missing in your recept. Each time I had to send a note asking for these designs to be sent. Interestingly, your response was worded exactly the same each time. This tells me that your omission is common practice for your company. Is this ineptitude or fraud? I would give you a 0 star rating if I could. I will not order from your company again, and I urge everyone to avoid your company.

Representative was very friendly but.....
First and foremost the customer service rep that I spoke with was very friendly and it's nothing personal against that person, but I purchased my original order and was sent two of the same and the one that wasn't sent was the one I needed most. So I reordered that one by itself and only received a receipt and not the actual download so I literally paid for an email to simply be sent to me. Then I spoke to the representative they were very friendly and explain to me what happened and refunded both purchases that I never got and actually sent me the download after but unfortunately the download was extremely rudimentary and rough and was not usable it was literally half done, I bought these from this site because they were supposed to be finished products that I could use and the one I needed most I literally never got.

Apologies for the poor experience, I am the sales rep you were speaking to - and the owner as well. :)
I understand that it was frustrating to not have received the files you wanted the first time around, and it was due to a technical issue. I immediately refunded both the purchases.
When you mentioned that you'd still like to have the files, I emailed them to you without asking for payment in advance. I understand that you didn't like them, but I can assure you that they are of outstanding quality. The design you purchased has multiple layers and small elements; each element is layered correctly to work for cutting applications, and there are no faults for printing as well.
I never mentioned and cannot guarantee any other use-cases. Having received the files to use without having paid in advance, it seems to me that your review is left in bad taste. However, I admit that you initial experience was not good and will make sure to improve upon my offering.
