Here are some replies from Spookhost:
Part 1
1. We originally supports PHP 5.6 too, but was removed for security reasons. PHP 8 will be supported in the near future. As for ionCube, by checking the phpinfo(), it shows that we have icoCube Loader version 10.4.1 installed, so it should work as intended.
2. Our Client Portal currently supports English, Traditional & Simplified Chinese, French, Greek and Norwegian. You can change your language by clicking your profile picture at the top-right-hand corner and selecting settings. For the Control Panel, it is English by default and can be changed by going to our cPanel URL, at the bottom of the login page, you will see the option to change your language.
3. As you stated, while we need you to point your nameservers on account creation, you can switch to another one and point a DNS type "A" record to our IP address afterwards. As for Email Records, if you use our Nameservers, we have the option to add DNS records type "TXT" (which is also used for SPF), and "MX". For other DNS Records, we also support the DNS type "CNAME".
4. If you are talking about the Softaculous installer, some applications may not be available due to compatibility issues.
5. While we only offer 3 Hosting Accounts, you can add up to "unlimited" domains, although there is a soft-cap of 50 of each domain type per hosting account, which theoretically means you can have up to 450 domains added to your whole Spookhost profile, which is more than enough.
