I used this hosting service for a year, and I can say that the support and service here are terrible. Under the guise of “low prices,” they cut corners wherever possible, the servers are slow, and support is slow. If you need a refund, they will refuse and tell you to send a document by MAIL to HONG KONG to some fake address. The owner of the hosting service is very arrogant and unreasonable. In the third month of service, I asked to increase the amount of RAM, the price rose to 1.9 euros, and then after 5 months they added a tariff identical to mine, only for 1.75 euros. I wrote to them asking them to lower my fee so that it would be equal to the one written down, but they sent me away and said, “If you want, you can go to another hosting provider.” So that's what I did.

Hello. Your refund request wasn't accepted in e-form due to payment method and there is the reason why we requested mail from you to our official address. We're acting under Hong Kong laws with legal name DePowered Limited and our official address can be easily checked online on government portal or on our About page. Once we receive your application we will proceed your refund. What about earlier case, you had archived plan on mentioned service and you was able to order new service with cheaper plan which is available to anybody during any sale.
