All around polished experience

I bought an aurora Lily58 Kit that I configured using their online configurator and I really managed to get just what I wanted and could source the rest of the components myself. The configurator works great and teh package I received was exactly as advertised. Not only that but they included spare parts for all the parts to be soldered (diodes and hotswap sockets in my case, dont know about LEDs, sockets etc).

Really happy with my purchase

Non-existent customer service

While I got my order just fine, when I ran into issues with my product, I discovered that their customer service is non-existent. When contacting their customer service I was told through an automated reply that I should expect about 3 business days for a reply. One month went by, so I wrote for an update, that update request was three weeks ago, and I have heard nothing from them. I am still awaiting a reply.

Retour gaat erg soepel en snel

Ik bestelde hier per ongeluk de verkeerde toetsenbord schakelaars, maar de retour ging erg soepel en snel. Ik kreeg het bedrag binnen 3 dagen terug. Het enige nadeel is dat je de verzendkosten zelf moet betalen, maar dat is logisch. Uitstekende retourservice.

The keyboard is amazing! The shipping was pretty fast. They customer service team was very helpful and proactively reached out to me to see if everything was fine.
