I was looking for some way to get GOOD liquor at a cheap price. Went to the store in Vegas and was glad to taste (Free) the items I bought.

I was in Las Vegas last week and stopped by the store. Outstanding service and variety of products. I was able to sample, then I purchased. I realized I wanted to prefer more after I returned home and emailed the store. Joanna called me within and hour and helped me set up my account and then I made another purchase. The support was outstanding!!

I haven't opened the order yet but the fact that I ordered on Dec 9 and it just arrived yesterday. I spoke to one of your reps and they assured me it would arrive prior to Christmas.

Over all , my order did get to me in time , Shannon n customer service was absolutely very good ‼️She kept her composure & handled me & the situation very professionally .. I was very sick , having to work day & night & try & prepare for my family Christmas Time ! I became very emotional, about possibly not getting my gift in time , due to Fed x’s fault ! I would have given a 5 star review IF the delivery had been efficient. I ordered Just LeDoux it whiskey, wine and a glass. The wine and whiskey were good. However, because it was alcohol I had to sign for the delivery. I was told the delivery would be made on Dec 11. It was not. I was given 9 different delivery days. Each time I had to stay home to sign. It finally arrived on about the 20th of Dec. I know that's not a Spirit and Spice issue, however, I think you should rethink who delivers your merchandise. I love your Jackson Hole Store!

I really think the Dark Chocolate Coconut Liqueur is amazing! This rating is for the flavor, the texture, the beauty of the bottle, the safe packaging. It is not for the price. I think it's about 40% too expensive. I bought it for 25% off during a 12-Days of Christmas sale which made it much more reasonable, but I had to buy 2 to get free shipping (more than $125 I think was free shipping) and then there was some surprise alcohol handling fee of $18... all in all I'm happy that I purchased the crave-worthy dark chocolatey coconut deliciousness, and I will buy again (hopefully in-person to avoid costly shipping and fees)

I bought a large order when I was in Las Vegas and had it shipped home. The package arrived in mint condition thanks to the great packing materials used. Unfortunately, one item was missed. Bought this product in honor of Chris LeDoux. So glad there are folks keeping his memory alive and passing his songs and life onward to the next generation.

The customer service and product were awesome.

We placed our order just over a month ago and the delivery service Spirits and Spice chose to ship our bottle still hasn’t delivered our purchase. I understand this has nothing to do with the quality of their product but from a customer service experience, it’s a failure. I was willing to assume all liquor deliveries across the board were being plagued by delays but every other liquor purchased from other fine wine and spirits providers arrived on time and without issue. Thankfully none of them use FedEx. Unfortunately, even if the product is exceptional we will likely not shop here again when there are so many other vendors that can deliver quality items timely and for less.
