Excellent experience from SpiritNest

I have purchased 3 roll on perfumes and a lip/cheek tint.

All items were packaged well and wrapped securely to insure safety during processing/shipment. no vials were ruined or had any dust/debris and all seemed sterile upon glance. All scents were stand alone and smelled very well, when contact to skin (each skin type reacts differently to perfume oils) magnified on my skin and the subtle smells became not overdrawn but just the right amount between subtle and average. I also do mention I'm a person with sensitive skin and have had no reaction to the fregrance or oils used, but please do your research as they do list what ingredients are in each different perfume oil.

The lip/cheek tint was new to me. it's very subtle and leaves a dew like feeling on your lips. No cake feeling unlike chapstick, ad leaves your lips feeling moisturized. I have not put this on my lips as my face is more sensitive to oils so if you have a similiar skin type like me I'd only recommend using it on lips to avoid breaking out. But do enjoy and would recommend this product as well.

all in all, very great expeirence and will buy from again. 5/5 stars.

winter witch perfume oil

Just received the Winter Witch Roll on perfume oil. It is wonderful. It also came so quickly ty so much . And smells amazing ty for a wonderful product .

Ordered Roll on perfume top was loose…

Ordered Roll on perfume top was loose and leaked out .Asked for full refund and a return label , as the leakage wasn’t my fault I wanted my postage too I paid out. They were only wanting to give me credit in their store without postage. Had to file a case with Pay Pal to get my full amount.

DO NOT SHOP HERE - YOU WON'T GET YOUR ORDER OR ANY HELP

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SPIRIT NEST. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY DISHONEST FROM THE JUMP, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ORDER, AND THEY WILL LIE TO YOU FOR WEEKS AND DO NOTHING TO HELP YOU-- NOT EVEN PROVIDE STORE CREDIT.

I didn't receive the item I purchased (Witch Please - Vegan Boots US Women's Size 9) from spiritnest.com, which was meant to wear to a ticketed event that passed while I was trying to get a store credit issued, and this company has done nothing but stonewall me, lie to me, and brush me off. SpiritNest claimed they needed to do an "investigation" with FedEx, which consisted of wasting more of my time, telling me more lies, and then coming up with some ridiculous story about my contact information supposedly being incorrect.

My information is correct in my account used to place the order and my order confirmation email, so nice try there.

They also told me I needed to contact FedEx myself, after wasting all that time for me already and telling me to wait and wait and wait some more. That's not my job-- I am the customer. It is the retailer's job to ensure that orders reach the customer. They need to fix this.

All this time, all I've asked for is store credit so I could at least get something else-- they have lots of cute items in their store that I liked, even though I no longer had any use for the item I originally ordered due to not receiving it and my event passing without it.

I also know that retailers take less of a loss on replacements/store credits than on refunding the full amount, so I'm actually being really nice and accommodating by being open to a store credit-- particularly given that they have a 100% failure rate in getting me the merchandise I paid for so far.

Despite having my plans ruined by their incompetence, I made this effort to meet them halfway, but they're unwilling to be at all accountable for the fact that they took my money (a lot of it-- this purchase was over $80) and left me without my item.

Neither on their shipping page nor their terms and conditions page-- both of which I reviewed before placing my order-- do they have any information posted indicating what happens in the case of lost or stolen orders.

It turns out they've buried that deep in their returns page, where it makes no sense to place this information unless you are deliberately trying to make sure your customers don't find it. Why would someone placing an order for the first time look to a page about returning items to find a lost packages policy?

This is a calculated and extremely disingenuous move on the part of this company.

I had to open a dispute with PayPal which is now in appeal, costing me even more time and energy when this should have been the simplest process in the world.

Despite how poorly they have treated me, I'm still willing to accept a store credit and will happily provide a different shipping address where a human being will always be available to accept my delivery. This is INCREDIBLY reasonable on my part, but my patience is just about exhausted.

What kind of company takes your money, then doesn't care when you don't get the order you paid for and try to get help? Every reputable company on Earth issues a refund, replacement, or store credit in such cases.

I will update this post if they ever make things right with me, but as long as they fail to demonstrate the slightest shred of accountability, I'm sorry to say THIS COMPANY IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED WITH YOUR MONEY OR YOUR FINANCIAL INFORMATION.

Like so many other dishonest people in this world, once they get your money they don't care.

We've tried to contact FedEx international on your behalf but they didn't get back to us until now.
According to our policy:
If your package was delivered according to its USPS/other international courier tracking info but you did not receive it or if your package is missing, it is your responsibility to first contact your local USPS carrier to report the issue concerning your stolen/lost/undelivered parcel. Once you have contacted the Post office concerning your stolen/lost/undelivered parcel, please email us at: support@spiritnest.com and we will work with you to see if we will need to re-send your order or issue a refund on a case-by-case basis. Spirit Nest is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We delivered thousands of packages and in the rare case of a package marked as delivered but the client claim to not receiving it, we work with them together in order tp solve it because we deeply care about our clients' satisfaction and experience with us.

You did not collaborate with us on resolving your issue. You filed a PayPal dispute
and we won that dispute.
