DON'T buy there!
I asked for help to repair my machine. Had to pay more than 300 pounds for a spare part that never worked.
Tried 4 months with them, no help, never refunded.
As a UK online shop forget about EU rights, no customer complaint via UK possible with no UK address.
Lost 400 GBP on this in total.

I ordered a spinshot player online but when I tried to contact their customer service I only got an answer machine .I tried for three days but they never replied to any messages left and never answered any emails,absolutley appalling service.So I am in the process of cancelling the order.

I have phoned Spinshot uk multiple times in the last two weeks and left texts about a problem charging my Spinshot but all I get is an ansaphone message. Maybe they have gone bust but pretty useless at present so would not suggest buying a machine from them.

Brilliant ball machine - absolutely love it. I have 2 now - the small one for my younger kids to do low speed drills and the. Now the Player for me, my wife and my older daughter. Customised drills, well built, never jams like other brands… well recommended.

Do yourself a favour! Do not use these guys! You are wasting your money and they wont refund you. THe machine works ok at the start, but it starts to fail very quickly. Within a couple of months my machine would work for 10 minutes at best on a full charge. Then I sent it back, was supposedly fixed, but same problem again within 1 week. Then the service gets progressively worse! £2.3k gone, I'll probably have to go legal! Save yourself some time and money! Don't buy from these guys!

I just bought the Spinshot lite after the Tennis Twist machine was a huge letdown. Tennis Twist gets positive reviews, I do not understand why. It is a plastic toy, very weak and badly fabricated. Sure the Spinshot is more expensive, but this is a real machine! Huge difference in quality, very well made and has the kind of power that means something. There was a slight problem with the speed, but the customers service was quick to help out. I am awaiting parts and will update this review if needed. But I can only say good things about the Spinshot.

I received as a present in 2019 the Spinshot Plus 2 High Spin Model and unfortunately, I must express my profound disappointment with the level of customer support provided by the company. Despite multiple attempts to contact them for the latest firmware and instructions on how to update my machine, their response has been nothing short of frustrating.
Another concerning problems I've encountered with the Spinshot Plus 2 High Spin Model is its consistent crashing and unresponsiveness. On multiple occasions, the machine's screen has gone completely black, rendering it unusable. Resolving this issue requires multiple restarts, which is not only time-consuming but also highly frustrating.
Given the premium price was paid for this product, I expected a level of reliability and stability that would align with its reputation as the top version and latest offering from Spinshot. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. The frequent crashes and black screen issue have severely impacted my ability to use the machine effectively, disrupting my training sessions and hampering my overall experience.
Each time I reached out, the customer support team dismissively claimed that my machine is an old model and therefore not supported. However, let me be clear that my Spinshot Plus 2 High Spin model, which was bought in 2019, is still the top version and the latest product developed by them. To label my product as old and unsupported is not only incorrect but also outrageous.
On multiple occasions, I sought assistance for various inquiries, but I received no helpful responses. It appears that once the product is out of warranty (which is a mere two years), they offer zero support or assistance.
