Cant leave zero rating but that's what they deserve. Booked bouncy castle a week advance, didnt show up at the agreed time; rang to chase and was told "driver on his way' but DIDNT SHOW UP AT ALL - unable to contact them since. Loads of dissappointed kids. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CREW 🤬

I hired a rodeo bull for a birthday party months in advance. Tried calling on the run up to confirm but couldn’t get any response. On the morning of the party I received a call advising that they couldn’t attend. They told me I’d be refunded my deposit asap. After a week I called and was told they would send the deposit that day. It’s now been 3 weeks and all my calls and messages are being ignored. Don’t have high hopes on receiving anything now. If it does get resolved then I’ll post an update. Please avoid at all cost.

Unreliable and unprofessional company, happy to let you down no problem! You cancelled on the morning of our daughter’s 13th party!! The whole party was arranged around the inflatable nightclub, then we got a message in the morning to say you’re cancelling. No phone call, wouldn’t respond to email. We invited guests and paid for food and everything. You’re an absolute joke and don’t deserve to be in business!

You can’t even be bothered to answer your phone to speak to us.

AVOID AND BOOK SOMEONE ELSE, they will let you down!

Wish I had read the reviews for the so called company.
Booked weeks in advance the jungle ball pit for my daughters 1st birthday.
Booked for 10am, 11am no show, I rang no answer, 5 mins later I at least got a call back, got told he will check where his team were.
Received no call back, rang again, this time to be told I would recieve a text with his teams number as he could not get hold of them.
Recieved no text!
My only saving grace was, i was paying cash on arrival so they didnt manage to get any money of me the scammers!
Please no one else use

We contracted and paid in full £575.00 for a Rodeo Bull for a Corporate Event.
Despite reassurances from Jonathan that they would be on site as contracted they never showed up. Leaving us and our client in a difficult situation
The following day we received an email from Jonathan with lame excuses and I quote..........
We all sorry apologies for the disappointment yesterday unfortunately our driver had an emergency and had to end his shift I was at another event with poor signal, please provide bank details so we can refund the payment already paid.
Lastly I’m all for dealing with things sensibly and things can happen out of our control but I’d love to know how you think asking the police to attend an emergency call out for a company not turning up and not answering a call would have gone down.

No refund has appeared as yet, these people operate Bounce Xtreme and OMG Leisure and they are complete scammers - do not pay these people money until services provided and they turn up to deliver. They are also uninsured.

I hired the bucking bronco for my hen weekend, I was a bit dubious after seeing some reviews about not turning up but glad I chose to ignore them as they turned up and we had a great time! Thank you so much Jonathon and Luke!

If I could give 0 stars I would have done! Unprofessional, rude, after several emails and texts went ignored. We made multiple phone calls to confirm in the run up to my sons first birthday and assurances were made! The morning of his party shock horror - no show! I phoned only to be spoken to like rubbish and as if I was in the wrong. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Well what can l say like the lady before had to give a 1 star to get to write the review this company omg and it’s called that for a reason because they are unreliable and a joke my daughter who had booked well in advance for the bucking bronco and western themed bouncy castle for her 40th birthday party for them to text with a lame excuse for not coming but also said they would come at 7-30 and not arrive again is appalling and would not recommend this company to anyone and l would like to remove the 1 star given at the beginning so please think carefully about hiring them they disrespectful company that don’t think of the people they lie too

Can’t believe this company, booked a rodeo bull 2 months in advance. Rang numerous times and spoke to Jonathan who reassured me the bull would be there, paid a £50 deposit, spoke to him on the week of the date I booked for yet again reassured me it would be there. The day came the bull never arrived, I rang him to receive a text saying the van had broken down he would be there in a couple of hours! Still never arrived. Absolutely disgusting

WISH I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY A ZERO STAR. DO NOT USE THEM! BOOKED TWO MONTHS IN ADVANCE, RANG COUPLE OF TIMES, TOLD ME I WAS ALL BOOKED IN.. THE DAY OF MY SON’S BIRTHDAY NEVER SHOWN UP. RANG ABOUT 15 TIMES, LEFT MESSAGES ETC THEN SOME RUDE MAN WHO DIDNT SEEM BOTHERED AT ALL SAID “WILL RING YOU BACK” WHICH HE NEVER DID. AFTER RINGING THEM ANOTHER 22 TIMES FINALLY ANSWERED AND THE MISERABLE SOD JUST SAID “OH WONT BE COMING NOW” I HAD A VERY SAD FOUR YEAR OLD! COMPANY NEEDS CLOSING DOWN.. ZERO RESPECT, SHOULD BE ASHAMED BE OF YOURSELVES!!

Don't use this company even after reading the reviews they cancelled on me at 8pm the night before my daughters birthday party

Only gave one star because had to put at least one.Avoid like the plague.Took deposit.Didn’t turn up on the day,didn’t contact me,I had to contact them,no apologies,excuse after excuse.Haven t paid my deposit back and aren’t going to.Horrendous company and I’m not the first and won’t be the last.My own fault I suppose for not checking reviews first

I only gave 1 star as I was unable to give zero!! Absolutely shocking service, my daughter was so embarrassed when her friends came to her party today & no nightclub. Spoke to a very abrupt guy who just wasn't bothered, was give 4 different stories as to why they was late then admitted that they wouldn't be turning up! I can't believe how awful the service was. Widnes Bouncy castles came to our rescue & came straight away & saved my daughters party. I realised why this company is called OMG leisure!! 😲

Shocking service and a shocking company. A bucking bronco was booked for my hen party deposit paid and they did not turn up after putting their arrival time back numerous times. Disgusting service!

We booked the Rodeo Bull for my daughters hen party. They were supposed to arrive for 3.45 ready to start at 4pm but never arrived, after various excuses of them not being long, they stopped talking our calls at 8.30 .
People had gone to the expense of buying clothes to match the theme only to be very disappointed.

Awful experience with this company, I booked a bucking bronco for a Hen party 6 weeks before the event, confirmed booking & paid the deposit. I confirmed my booked 1 week before the event & everything was good to go.

They were supposed to arrive at 3:30pm but nobody turned up so I rang at 4pm, they said they wouldn’t be able to get to us before 6pm, then at 6pm nobody had turned up , called again then they moved it to 8pm. 8pm nobody showed up, called them . They were very rude, put the phone down on me & then they never turned up!

Appalling customer service, didn’t get a apology. Would recommend avoiding this company at all cost!!!
