Well the large assortment of games is great. I like how the bonuses are a life saver. And it let's me play for a while with a low deposit.

If i could give it a 0 i would. The kick back on small amoubts of money is not too bad, but i got a vip host who told me about a "reward" that i would get if i purchased 5 times. So i purchased 5 times and when she tried to give me the codes for the "reward" the first 2 codes didnt work. The 3rd code finally worked at it said that my "reward" was $5 which is pathetic in itself but it was never credited to my account. The customer service for being a VIP is the worst service ive ever received. Go with any other sweep site as every one ive tried is better than this site.

Okay I'll start by saying that I actually enjoyed playing in this casino. I read all the horrible reviews, and still gave it a shot. I was liking everything about it. I made a few successful withdrawals. One was for $40, another for $50, and yet ANOTHER for $150!!! HOWEVER the reality set in when I was waiting for one redemption to go through for $40 and while waiting I won again, and put in for a second $60 redemption. Most online casinos pay out within an hour, or soon after, but I also knew that some take 24 to 48 hrs, so I wasn't concerned until close to 48 hrs after. That's when I reached out to them. Anyways I argued with them for another 48 hrs. One dishonest agent after another made excuses for the delay. The only one that sounded remotely close to sincere was the one on the "Telegram" app. She finally got me paid close to a week later. Since then, I have learned a ton of things about this casino. They're an extremely "Cash Poor" operation, the equivalent of a Street Bookie. They rely on the odds to make their living. The difference is that Bookies at the very least HAVE ACCESS to cash just in case they have a bad week, and lose more than they win. SpinRedeem has no financial support, or backing, and are not insured in any way, shape, or form, as all legitimate casinos are. If you're smart you'll stay away from this casino. There's no guarantees you'll be paid. They'll accept YOUR $$ within seconds, but when it's time to pay out you can find yourself waiting weeks, or as in one mans review MONTHS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!!

100% total scam site. Been back and forth since January and it's now April on a $100 withdrawal. Keep being told they had too many withdrawals that week. Don't waste your money because this site does not payout.

Ok to start this off i really liked the games. I made 2 deposits and became vip. I made a 30$ withdrawal and then a little bit later I was able to use some of my bonus coins to make a 10$ withdrawal. That was almost 24hrs ago and I still haven't received the money. I also sent them 2 messages on the support chat and still haven't got a response... Bunk AF! is there a phone number for these ppl?

I deposited 1999 I got $31 in sweeps coins I played won 815 and now they're telling me I need to become a VIP by depositing money I already made a deposit to become a VIP That's what the $20 was well 1999 so I'm confused and I'm going to end up calling the gaming commission tomorrow

I wish I would have checked TrustPilot before I started playing Spinredeem casino. I consider myself one the lucky ones as I've actually redeemed twice successfully. Won again and tried cashing out for a 3rd time and the only contact I get is their support telling me how great they are. They can sure take your money. It don't like to give out the winnings.

ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!!! I have been playing on this site for a couple months, and the first time I actually won and tried to cash out, they make you try and play through your winnings a little at a time in order to convert it over to be available for cash out. Then when I requested the redeemable funds, I have yet to hear anything back from them. I have a $500 redemption request just sitting there.

Scam 450$ balance that i cannot redeem. I've been playing on social casinos for over 5 years and i promise you from personal experience. I play alot of different social casinos. Never had a real problem, some just take a long time to get funds after you put in for a redeem. So, this popped up on Facebook this morning. They said instant redeem and we give you 10 SC to start playing but you can't redeem until you deposit. So. I made a deposit, played for like 3 and a half hours. Got my balance up to $506.00 then went and hit redeem. I have no money in there. What are you talking about. I just spent almost 4 hours playing for nothing. Wasted my money as well.
