The boot laces fell apart within 2 days, I would have been happy to have been sent a pair of laces, but I was informed the don’t sell laces and if k went to Timpson they’d give me 20% off. You can tell these people are nothing more than middle men, made in China, shipped to Gloucester and added the profit margin. What is the problem you may ask? If you know the laces are indeed the colour of a viper, brown with yellow fleck as are the moccasin type lace that runs around the boot, so getting a match is nye on impossible. They also insulted me by suggesting I clean the boots before returning them🤦‍♂️ due to health & Safety (2 days old and used only whilst driving) if only they had told me their laces would fall apart after 2 days I wouldn’t have even had to buy them.
Customer service was nothing more than an order taker who clearly couldn’t be bothered. The old guy that is meant to represent the Coy I believe is certainly nothing more than a figment of their imagination, existed once upon a time here endeth the fairy tale that once was quality or in fact a new fairy tale that if one was to belive does not have a happy ending. £120.00? I expect more from £45.🤦‍♂️

I was disappointed with the delivery service - you have to pay for returns and there is no alternative/store in London where you can return for free.

Boots arrived and how they passed through any quality control is beyond me then when I contacted sperry their response was to send pictures and if they accept that the item is faulty then they will send a return label. Very disappointed in what I assumed was a good brand

Would not recommend. Unfortunately after 12 days we still haven't received the product we paid next working day delivery for. I have called to try and rectify on 6 occasions with Sperry and their carriers Royal Mail / Parcelforce. We had been promised delivery on 4 separate days on the 4th attempt they did finally arrive to our address but the delivery instructions were ignored and returned to depot. I don't like to base a review for the company based on a third party delivery but my concerns were ignored by Sperry customer services and the lady showed no interest in sorting or refunding, basically implied it is my problem. They wouldn't issue a refund and no delivery has been made to me, so I will request a charge back from my card provider. Would not recommend. Unfortunately you only find out the true competence and morals of a company until you experience a problem.

The shoes arrived within the specified time and were extremely comfortable straight out of the box.

Ordered a pair of new boots, look nice and came really quickly.
