I was unsure which colour would be best and queried the best shade to Emerald Green. The shade nearest was sent and I was delighted with the colour and the final outcome of my Emerald Green Shoes. Great service, delivered promptly and within my budget. Will use again if required and would say 10/10 for speedy service.

6 working days including date of receipt and despatch isn’t as quick as my local cobblers (2days), but then they don’t do Dainite soles. But my local cobblers don’t cut one of my shoelaces in half and send back without a word of explanation. Finish wasn’t particularly great either, with small gaps between the new heels and shoes. I’d upload photos showing this and the point about the shoelaces, but Trustpilot doesn’t support this.

Re soled 2 pairs of Oliver Sweeney’s for me, excellent job. Will definitely use again.

The knowledge of resoling shoes is second to none, the person running the chat is super friendly and no questions is too daft! Had boots fixed here that other company's told me were unfixable! Price is great, finish on the soles is top notch! Will always use this company in the future
