After my local vibram stockist ran out of black ripple soles, I dropped SSS a chat to ask if they could accommodate my custom shoe repair project. Initial thoughts was they couldn't but after a chat and some photos to confirm there was a welt, they agreed to take the job on. Two weeks later and they were returned exactly as hoped, sadly images of the process I had hoped to get didn't transpire but I guess they have plenty to do rather than take film/photos.

Sent an older pair of shoes I intended to take to charity shop then decided to wear again. Had the red soles redone and the kitten heels redone. Beautiful job. Has given them a new lease of life. Returned within 10 days and polished. Highly recommended service. Thank you.

I'd been meaning to get my Grenson boots with rubber wedge soles re-soled for years but not got round to it. Speedy Shoe Service did a perfect job with it for a very reasonable price, far less than the official refurbshment serice offered by Grenson. They even polished the boots up so they will be good to wear for years to come now.

I contacted customer service for support when I had misplaced my order for an engraved dog tag. They were really friendly and helped me to reorder. It arrived the next day! Fantastic service!

Exactly as the name suggests. Shoes were repaired in delivered within 2 weeks. Good communication also as they confirmed receipt of the shoes.
