One of the greatest customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Ordered 3 pairs of shoes and when they arrived they were too small so I emailed and Anna helped me get a replacement processed the same day (before I’d even sent them back) so I could get them in time for my vacation. Shop with confidence!
Picked up one of their hoodies and honestly it’s become one of the few I actually reach for all the time. The material is thick without feeling heavy, the fit is on point, and after a bunch of washes it still looks brand new. You can definitely tell they didn’t cheap out on the quality.
Customer service was solid too. I had a quick question before ordering and they got back to me way faster than I expected. It’s little stuff like that that makes you want to support a smaller brand.
Shipping took a day or two longer than I thought it would, but it wasn’t a big deal. The hoodie was worth the wait.
Overall, these guys are putting out some legit stuff. Good quality, good people, and I’ll definitely be grabbing more gear from them.
