Never buy anything from this terrible AI company they deliver terrible quality and don't pay you back !!!!!!!

I had to change my delivery address last minute and thought it would be a headache. It wasn’t. Support updated the courier within the same hour and kept me informed. That level of quick response is rare these days.

Scam alert dont be fooled please . I ordered a handbag in December 2025 till date March 2026 l havent received it . Initially they send a fake tracking number and now its story after story . Dont spend your hard earned money on them its not worth it

Awful company. Ordered a jacket from them and when it arrived was amazed at the poor quality of the product. As with others got offered 20% then 30% refund but after 5 emails got the returns address. Now 3 weeks later still chasing for my refund. This company need investigating.

The pants are so great I ordered another pair. It does seem to take a long time for shipment but they eventually get here.

It's a phishing scam. They don't deliver the items then they send you a tracking link to a phishing site. They also use AI yo create fake delivery photos of your house. That's how far they go with the deception.

Spades sent me a blazer jacket. Quality was awful. Not only this but it was faulty. The button was sewn on wrong meaning the lapel twisted when done up. Even though clearly faulty Spades offered me a 30% refund to keep the jacket or said I could return it to but that would cost me as much as the jacket in the first place in postage. They wouldn’t allow me to speak with a manager either. The worst experience I have ever had. Something needs to be done about this company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Stylish boots and very comfortable as well. Great quality leather and true to size. I will order from this company again.

Ordered a pair of shoes and after 3 weeks I received the order which cost me £75 pounds GB .
They sent me the wrong size and colour.
Emailed them but no reply.
To all the other shoppers beware before you spend your hard earned money.

Scam site. Will send you the wrong size then offer to sell you a replacement at a discounted price.

I ordered a pair of Casey's leather heels, (£50) they (are a cross between shoes and boots) arrived but they were extremely bad copies of what was advertised. The heels sent to me looked nothing like the advertisement and when I asked to return them I was told it had to be done at my own expense (approx £20) to their warehouse in the USA despite it being despatched from a UK postcode. I was offered a 10% refund and told I could keep them or gift them out (I also got them in a wrong size) I told them no one would want them and it would be embarrassing to even offer such shoddy merchandise to anyone at all. Subsequent emails got me further offers of 20% then 30% refunds and told I could keep them, I refused both offers as well simply because they are unwearable, in fact left and right boot were almost interchangeable apart from the poor finishing and difference in colour Beware this company as all their products are likely to be bad knock offs. It's a shame pictures cannot be uploaded here as they would show exactly how awful the heels are, (they have no company name on the insole and no logo just a plain black insole) compared to the lovely original you can see on the website. What's even worse is this sort of cheap scam just serves to tarnish the online market, I for sure will be wary of overseas merchants now and even local unknown ones without a known pedigree!

I usually avoid heels because they end up under the table halfway through the night. These didn’t. The shape is flattering and the height feels manageable. I actually stayed comfortable the entire evening, which never happens.

I already gave 3 chances to be reimbursed a pair of shoes that were the wrong colour, They intentionnaly shipped th wromg colour, hoping clients wont complain. Either someone is colour blind, or its a strategy to fool people, knowing that the Rust colour I ordered os a popular colour, but the deliberatly shipped a caca colour. Now they want me to spend 100$ to ship the pair to SWEDEN, what a joke. Any way , a complaint was issud to the cc company. Bad company.Her is their response

My package arrived neatly wrapped and earlier than expected. No unnecessary plastic, which I appreciated. The items were folded like boutique pieces, not mass shipment.

Sent wrong size and wrong colour.
Was expecting an XL, but received an XXXL and in the wrong colour.
Trying to contact them for a return.

I ordered the same shirt in 2 sizes (medium and small) after seeing it on Facebook. Order took about 2 weeks to arrive. Immediately noticed that the shirts sent were labelled as sizes L and XL. Despite this sizing both were too small - really short in the arms which was strange. More importantly though the shirts were different to the one in the photos -they were a different shade,came with a pretty tacky label on the chest pocket, a different hem label and different colored buttons. Absolute waste of time and money. Away to see if I can get my money back.
Quick update - Spaydes insisted that i send the shirts back to the US (not where i got them from)at my cost so they could "consider" if i should get a refund. I referred to my credit card company and got a full refund through them.
