Communication is Poor

Communication is Poor . I know I ordered over Christmas. It would be so easy to put a notice on the home page telling you they were shut down until Jan 2. Also delivery could be quicker .

Hi Greg, we take on board fully your comments and we apologise for the lack of communication for your particular order. Delivery is normally very quick and unfortunately due to the Christmas break this caused a few issues and delays. We will as you suggested in future add a notification on the website.

Great product, bad postage.

The product I ordered was great, just what I wanted.
Slight problem with postage though. It might be handy if it says on the website that orders are sent by APC and needed to be signed for. I got a card through the door saying I wasn't home and It needed signing for, if I'd known this I would have sent it to work.....I ordered two very small brass Tig welding push fit connectors (5mm) which could have been put in the letter box, but no, I had to spend my time sorting out a new delivery etc and paid £4.50 for the privilege. The most annoying thing about this was I really needed these items asap, and two days messing about was not helpful in any way.
