After an initial communication issue around van selection Spartan did a great job. Good feedback along the way. The build quality is exceptional. Great handover detail shared to ensure we get the best out of the van. Would recommend Spartan.

As someone new to campervans the team at Spartan Campers have been so incredibly patient with all my questions, and so friendly and helpful throughout. At no stage have I felt pressured to buy and they haven’t tried to talk me into buying any one van over any others. Their honest, genuine advice has been invaluable. The only issue I’ve had is that all their vans are stunning which gave me the headache of picking which one! So happy with the van we have bought and the service we have received.

We bought our van back in November last year. From the first interaction with Mark at Spartan we knew we had made the right choice. Not only was he genuinely excited for us, he invested the time to find out exactly what it was we needed and wanted from our campervan. Having it as our second car meant short wheel base/ulez/aircon were a must.
The showroom was super helpful…customising our van even down to isofix zips for the kids! It’s practical yet really stylish.
The whole process took 7 weeks….they updated us with photos.
The handover was thorough and straightforward… we named him Bear 🐻
After a couple of weeks we had some teething problems….warranty wise addressed them quickly with the help from Spartan and a small issue which was rectified by Spartan themselves. No ones fault just small niggles but the aftercare service was flawless- sorted and in good time.
We have now explored, Cotswolds, Wales twice, the Peaks, gigs, Lincolnshire and are in love. He drives amazingly, we get the best nights sleep! (Get the mattresses Spartan recommend!)
We are one very happy family. Planning our next big adventure next year travelling around Europe.

Amazing customer service. This is our first purchase of a campervan and the team have been so supportive, taking time to answer my (many) questions. Top quality conversions and they kept me up to date at every stage of the conversion process. I will 100% be using Spartan again. Thank you guys!!

Thought I would add a comment to back up others on this site. Like many others we knew little about campervans having had a tent. We went along to a camping show, saw one we liked and took ownership a week later. We had a few issues to start with but Spartan were quick to correct these and always at the end of the email/phone. Their customer service is excellent and such nice guys! Lynda Taylor

After dreaming about owning a VW Camper for years, we've finally made it with the help of the great team at Spartan Campers. From the first meetings with Mark and Fraser they have been extremely helpful in guiding us through the process. We were never made to feel that our many many questions were too mundane, it's a massive purchase and they made sure we were 100% confident in the decisions we made. Mark even brought his own van to check if we could park it on our driveway (yes, we can). The post sales service from Joe and the team is great. On our first outing the passenger window electrics didn't work. We rang them up, next day took it in and in the time it took to have a coffee it was sorted. There are a couple of minor things to be sorted, but the delay is down to us not having the time to book it in as we are out and about enjoying it so much. Thanks guys, it's a thing of beauty and makes us so happy.

How many good things can you say about a company that is fast becoming the best in the business? Well, let us try... we approached Spartan with a design (in our heads) for our dream camper, and from the very start, nothing was too much trouble. They sourced our base van for us, and while we were picky about spec and age, they were patient, supportive and found the perfect vehicle for us. They let us plan the colour scheme and interior fit-out of the van, and worked with us on a few useful extras we were after too (onboard WiFi being one of them) - so despite us throwing a couple of challenges at the team, they all remained professional, friendly and on-target, delivering us our dream camper in a timescale that worked for us (and keeping us updated throughout the build process too). The quality of the work, the quality of the people and the quality of the whole experience mean the five stars we've given them is 100% deserved. If you're in the market for a camper, and you want to work with the best, head to Coventry and visit Spartan Campers HQ, you simply can't go wrong!

I have had the best help with this company and their vans are as good as people say. Build quality is 10/10 and it also the knowledge that the team have. I would say after spending a few week research this company offer the best VW conventions that are on the market.

Having shopped around for my dream campervan and found it was an absolute mine field. I was absolutely blown away by the enthusiasm and professionalism of the Spartan Team. What a fabulous company! We have been so impressed with how the whole process has been handled from start to finish. Having a campervan has been a dream for a while and now it’s reality! The team at Spartan have all been really helpful and I have never felt that my questions ( as a newbie) are too basic or foolish! It is quite apparent that the team are rightly proud of their product and what they do is amazing 🤩 I’m looking forward to many adventures and enjoying the great outdoors. Special mention to Mark who I have dealt with the most. Nothing I asked about was too much trouble and the advice invaluable.

Collected our campervan today and can’t recommend these guys enough, the whole process from start to finish was so easy and trouble free .

Initially put a deposit down on a van with Mark and then got cold feet about spending so much money so cancelled my order. After a month or so of looking around other companies, I just couldn’t find anything else to compare to the quality and look of Spartan campers. So here I am about to drive away in my gorgeous new van!
I really can’t praise the team highly enough and would recommend this company to anyone. Really friendly bunch, happy to show you around the workshops and show you each and every stage along the build. There’s Facebook group for owners and you won’t find anyone with anything negative to say.
