The boundless Global free WIFI product I received on 6th June 2026 didn't even charge, light up or switch on! Never mind the inability to possibly receive the "[Global Coverage, Free for Life] Boundless Portable Wi-Fi" with a one off payment of £36.00 as promised re their advertisement on YouTube! Unbelievable. I emailed them immediately on the 6th June once I found who to email... to get free returns label with address as no return address or phone number anywhere on their website. After lots of emailing back and fourth and their offers, to me, of keeping their defective and disfunctional product and refunding me only 30% then 50% then 80% and me telling them I was not paying them anything to throw their product in the bin for them!" I had to notify my credit card company eventually and forwarded all previous and ongoing emails I received and sent to gb.zouhyitao.com regarding this utter sham. Eventually and finally on the 3rd July 2026 I got my full refund back of £36.72 which included fees which they took on the 28th May 2026. So much for their "No quibble Returns" - "14 days free returns" statements on their advertisement and website. Awful and I advise everyone not to order this product from them under any circumstances or order anything from them for that matter. Disgraceful.

How.can I give zero Star. After the enticing ad.. I decided to investigate the company and product just to see it is a Scam

Product would not take any charge and did process of elimination with known working cables to prove that device faulty, could not get full refund despite product not working.
Also the same product seems to be available for half the price on Ebay.

I strongly advise people to avoid this company. Their advertising is completely misleading. They promote a "portable 5G free WiFi" device that supposedly works without a SIM card and with no ongoing costs. However, what I actually received was a cheap 4G MiFi device that requires a SIM card, mobile data plan, and ongoing contract costs to function.

The product I received was nothing like what was advertised. The claims of "free WiFi" and "no SIM required" are simply false. Had the true nature of the product been disclosed, I would never have purchased it.

To make matters worse, the company has failed to respond to multiple emails requesting clarification, support, and a resolution. The complete lack of customer service only adds to the impression that this business is engaging in deceptive marketing practices.

Based on my experience, this company's advertising is misleading, the product does not match the description provided, and customer support appears non-existent. I would not recommend purchasing from them and urge potential customers to do thorough research before placing an order.

Email is no good; no contact, so cannot get a refund. Item does not work. All a con.

On receipt of the goods I placed the unit on charge. After an hour I switch the unit on but nothing happened. I then used a cable that indicates the charging current and this indicated it was not charging. I tried contacting the supplier but haven't had a reply in 5 days. Would not recommend this company.

The company advertised a "SIM free satellite based internet hub" & "Say goodbye to monthly charges"
The product delivered is a 4G router that requires a SIM card.
I note that most of their website no longer functions as of today, 4th June 2026, although the site will still accept payments. Scammers.

They claimed free internet access to satellites for life.
It's a scam, there is no internet access.

They just sent a normal Mifi instead.

Avoid them.

Company advertises a 5G mobile router with free access to the internet.
It’s a complete con, don’t waste your money, the router is a generic 4G device for which you will need to purchase a SIM card with your own data.
This is not as advertised as the advert clearly states no SIM cards and no more monthly fees.
The product itself is cheap and nasty and can be bought for £12 less on Amazon.
My advice don’t waste your time or money on this product its complete garbage.

SCAM : I've researched this portable pocket broadband. It's a scam, any advertisement proclaiming to sell you a satellite broadband, without a contract of monthly charges and claiming to save you hundreds if not thousands, then don't touch it, leave well alone.

Scam website, free unlimited internet hotspot that says no need to pay subscription actually come with a 500MB sim card of Pay as you go SIM.
