Myself and my wife have just returned from a monthly rental in Vera Playa, Daniel was Amazing from the first contact I made to him enquiring about an apartment we were interested in a couple of months earlier, he’s communication was Excellent, before & while we were there, always got back to me quickly, we are certain now that we want to move there, just undecided if we want to rent to start with or to buy either way we will be going back to Daniel for his help and advice.

In 2024, we got in touch with Daniel through friends who had already purchased an apartment in Mojácar. Since we were also interested, Daniel spent a day showing us various apartments – even in places we would never have thought of ourselves. At that time, it didn’t lead to a purchase.
However, six months later we found an apartment that matched all our wishes. Although it was listed with another real estate agent, Daniel was the one who supported us 100% with all our questions and the many practical matters that needed to be arranged.
Daniel truly stands out for his excellent availability, his vast network (he really seems to know someone for everything), and his remarkable speed in getting things done. Thanks to him, we went through the entire process with great confidence.
In short: highly recommended if you’re planning to purchase a property in Mojácar or the surrounding area!

I had an amazing experience when me and my girlfriend went viewing properties with Daniel he took us beyond what we expected. He took us into the depths of the area. Showed us all the town centres, beaches, and activities to do.
